Went on Saturday, March 1, 2025 and had one of the worst experiences ever. The 20 minute wait to be seated was sadly the best part of the visit. I realize they were busy, but our waitress was down right terrible. We had to tell her our order three different times as she kept returning to our table for confirmation. To say we were shocked that it took an hour to arrive and was WRONG is an understatement. My dumplings had been sitting at the pass for awhile (you could tell by how dried out they were) and our other meals main course was wrong. She did leave the wrong meal since it had the correct sides and eventually brought the correct main dish. We aren't local and drove over 60 miles to have a meal, that I was fully looking forward too, to be left disappointed. It will be a long time before I make that drive again.

We’ve been to CB many times when we’re traveling. This past weekend we stopped in the Rialto area & had a minus experience. Server was teaching new hire the ropes (not a problem). My wife’s meal was fish & chips & the fish was actually gristly. She’d also ordered a side of Cole Slaw. That was forgotten. Our reminder to her noted, we were brought mashed potatoes. Gees. Server ended mid-shift & after she left we were abandoned. Not the trainees fault at all but having contacted two different personnel and being ignored I actually went into the kitchen to find someone to bring us a bill, Togo box and Tea refill. I have sent a note on this to corporate with no response. Disappointing. Hopefully the trainee has been assigned to a new teacher that could Actually care.

My wife made the mistake of buying Thanksgiving meals from this plate WORST meal ever had , 2 tiny slices of turkey . Like I said my wife made the mistake of buying 8 Thanksgiving meals from your place ! Never eaten there pretty obvious you don't care about customer service or business retention

Honestly so disappointed. Mom and I waited for 1 hr and 30 mins. We were totally understanding that the quote was off. We were told 30 minutes, but being a holiday it was busy. We finally get seated and we were greeted with the most rushed "Happy Thanksgiving. Can I get you drinks? Are you ready?" We hadn't even finished taking our jackets off let alone looked at the menu. We told our server it's our first time what's good? No smile, no oh welcome. Just, "we have a limited menu so most people just get the turkey." Dude was turned away ready to keep walking away. So we took a minute, he came back with 3 roles and my drink. Mom ordered Thanksgiving dinner and I order chicken and dumplings. Hes ready to bolt, mom asks about a side. He never fully turns back to us, just kinda tuns his head in to us and quips out that they don't do substitutions but she can add a side. She adds and he rushes away. Mom goes to the bathroom and it is really bad and messy. While I'm waiting, I couldn't help but look around and listen as the other much more friendly waiters great their guests and give good guest service. One lady was also there for the first time and her waitress was very cheery in welcoming her. We get the food and it is more or less shoved on us with a grunt of what it is. My chicken in dumplings looks greasy, but we try. I take a bite and it is barely above room temperature. I touch my other food and it is the same. Mom is looking at me like... we are not eating this. Waiter comes back with a spoon my mom asked for and we tell him our food is cold. He quickly said he would get us warm food, and was ready to rush again, but Mom stopped him and said no this was bad service and we are over it. He takes off again without a backwards glance. We couldn't get his name. The man barely faced us the entire time so his name on the aprin was never clear.

Ordered 2 large turkey dinners for 18 people. Arranged for curbside pickup at the Rialto store. When I arrived home with the dinners, noticed that Jose Estaban was written on one of the boxes , not my name. The sides were different from the ones I ordered. Hope Mr. Esteban enjoys his dinner, our was good but not the sides we ordered.

Ordered two pies for Thanksgiving two weeks ago. Went to pick them up yesterday. Asked for curbside pickup. Followed I’m here steps and got reply saying someone would be right out. 20 minutes later I tried calling the number on the sign but phone didn’t ring, just kept hanging up. I’m handicapped but I managed to get into the store and after waiting in line I complained to the clerk that I had ordered curbside pickup. She asked me my name but before I could tell her she asked if was I Norman. She turned around and got my pies off the shelf, handed it to me and said happy holidays. No apology no nothing. Great job Cracker Barrel!!!!

Waited about 7 minutes to be seated, I went to cashier area to ask is anyone seating?
She sat us.

Our server was a young girl with curly hair, pleasant at first. When she refilled our coffees , she splashed mine all over, didn’t apologize or offer to clean it up. We asked about the biscuits in a basket, she let us know that was for those who ordered food that had biscuits and gravy, she said she can bring some if we want? …. After that service wasn’t the same with her. Another young lady was more helpful than our server.

Placed an online order Friday Novmeber 22nd scheduled it to be picked up curbside Monday November 25th at 10:30am for an office thanksgiving lunch... arrived at 10:25am I let them know I was there via text...a waitress came out to my car a few minutes later at curb side pick up to let me know they were super busy but that they were working on my order, an hour and a half later my food was ready. :( :( Terrible service and food was not that great. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.
