Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We love the food, the decor, and the service! We drive 44 miles round-trip to eat here.
We were so glad when Cracker Barrel came to California! Just visited today and had the best experience from the waiter Reece, he went above and beyond to ensure that everything came out perfect!

My friend and I are getting up there in age but we certainly did notice how attentive, friendly and professional our server Miguel was. What a wonderful young man! Excellent service. Thank you again Miguel and thank you to the manager Krystal who was also very friendly and professional.

I’m fine with a wait but if you quote me 20 min it shouldn’t actually be 50. The food also took forever and was mediocre. Spent 2 hours on a Sunday waiting and eating nothing special.

We waited 5 minutes to be seated but 1 1/2 hours to be served. Waitress was nice but she forgot about us. We didn’t see her for about 40 minutes after she brought coffee. It was a very unpleasant first time experience for my friend.

Your protocol of t r xting when the table is ready them go inside and stand another 15min. Is ridiculous. We are elderly and can't stand. Also by doing it that way texting table is ready only to be told they are waiting for it to be cleaned is a joke. If your people can't wipe a ta n le under 2 mins you need new people.then everyone is standing around the d e sk waiting to be seated. Don't text until it is ready to seat!

Miss Michelle was absolutely awesome! She was very sweet and gave us the best recommendations about the food and she was right, the food was delicious! I definitely wish more people were like her, very sweet, kind and smiley!

Emily was super attentive, fast and kind, she was always aware of us, the food was super delicious. I really recommend it .
