The food was dry, and overcooked. My chicken was rubbery, and my husband's over easy egg was hard and flattened. We didn't want to complain about it because it took so long to get the food in the first place. The Rialto one was a disappointment and I will stick to the Arizona ones.

So if this was my introduction to Cracker Barrel I would never go to another one again. The service was actually awesome, atmosphere was in line with the Cracker Barrel brand.... But the food here was awful imo. Worst tasting food I have ever experienced at a Cracker Barrel. The meat was undercooked, I took one bite and had to spit it out?. Pancakes were bland with no fluff, eggs were over cooked. I would not recommend this Cracker Barrel.

The gift shop, food and atmosphere are great. Service can be slow, but employees are pleasant. The only downside is they always run out of food and it’s always popular dishes…chicken, cornbread, etc. Definitely worth the drive!

I’ve been to several Cracker Barrel’s nation wide and this visit was the best experience I’ve ever had. Service was excellent. Served Crystal was “Epic” and was so professional and went the distance to make sure we were not just satisfied but happy. Thank you again for a great dining experience - Crystal is an exceptional employee.

Our server was awesome! But I’ve never had to wait so long for food to come out. Then when it did come, half the sides seemed barely warm and the okra was terrible quality with 1/2 being too woody to eat. Hopefully out was just an off night for the kitchen because i do normally love Cracker Barrel.
