Parking: Plenty available Ambience: Lots of papel picado and other Mexican-themed decorations as well as ample seating. It was a bit dark and empty inside when we came here for lunch; perhaps it'd be more lively at night. Service: Relatively quick and friendly! Taste: Salsa and chips were good! I ordered the Keto bowl--can't find it on their site, but I was pleasantly surprised that this was an option. I believe the main difference was less rice and more of the other ingredients. It was a bit pricey, but the ingredients were fresh and I left satisfied without feeling stuffed.

If you have another Mexican restaurant to choose from- go to the other one! You have been warned! Went here for a company Christmas party. Within minutes of arriving- I went to the bar to order a Modelo for a co-worker. I handed the female bartender my card, and told her I wanted to keep an open bar tab. She gestured to keep my card. I asked if I would have a tab; she said yes--I walked away. About 30 minutes later, went back to bar to get a drink for myself and a co-worker. Heavy-set man with a stain on his shirt took my order. Handed us our drinks and walked away. Another bartender walked-over to us and began tapping this digital screen, so presumed she was going to charge me--but she did not say anything. I asked if I could put the drinks on my existing tab; she seemed bothered by my question. She even gave me the hand! Wow! Big set man walked-over; together they were trying to figure things out. All the while, I was standing there not sure what to do- walk away? Wait? I told the big-set man I had an existing tab. They were not saying a word to us!!!! I felt uncomfortable- I was made to feel like an inconvenience! I called-out the heavy-set man on his rude disposition. He denied it. I asked him if he could handle my two-drink order because if he couldn't maybe I could pay a different way- or stop ordering all-together. He said he had a big party and had a ton of tabs. I asked him again if he could handle my order. Instead of apologizing, he took my drink and refuse to serve me. I was expecting to send a ton of money on drinks that night. I am that person that buys drinks for people all night! I thank this stained-shirt man (that claimed to be the owner) for making it possible to walk out of a Christmas party with only a $16 tab! This was a very odd experience. All I wanted were drinks and to pay for them- these workers were without a doubt absolutely unprofessional and rude! I get they were busy- not the issue. Just look up and say, "sorry, we are busy.." or just look up and acknowledge us... we were just standing there uncomfortable and confused! Another co-worker that was not there and told me she would never step foot at this restaurant--she had been warning me for weeks before that night that the food is awful! I trust her because she is a foodie-chick that frequents restaurants all over the states as a hobby. I, of course, did not dare try the food! Thanks Joanne!!!! So know then.... that they have horrible service and food!!!!!!!!!!

The server's need to pay attention when the customer is ordering. I ordered a California burrito add onions CILANTRO, rice and beans. The burrito came to me no French fries in it. Send it back. I got it back no rice, no beans, no CILANTRO or onions. I canceled the burrito.

My family and I have been to this restaurant many times in the past. On the final occasion, unfortunately, our experience was decidedly poor. The service was unusually slow but we forgave this because we were celebrating my birthday. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and lacked the basic seasonings. The salad was drowned in water, and not edible. Very disappointing way to spend a birthday dinner!

We came here on a Saturday night. We sat in the bar area to watch the game. I would not recommend this area to watch a game if you had your heart on hearing the game as there is a machine that plays music that is overpowering to the sound of the TV. We come here for their chicken tortilla soup. The serving is enough to just have it on its own. The soup comes with zucchini, carrots, one potato, pico de gallo, avocado and of course chicken and tortilla. The flavor is great not too salty and the chicken is shredded. Perks: not too busy on the weekend. Affordable prices good quality food. Chips and salsa are complimentary I like the salsa which is more like a true salsa not a pico de gallo. Cons: service in the bar area is a little slow.

Great local Mexican restaurant. We moved to Rialto three years ago and had been looking for a local Mexican place to eat. We found it. Food I'd good, drinks tast great. So far we have liked most everything we have tried. Love the Taco Salad.

I was so disappointed! I frequently dine at Cucas; brought my extended family to eat, service was horrible! There were no utensils to eat with, never received a drink refill, and the food was cold!

good service. food is average, doesn't taste like authentic Mexican food. they use shredded cheese on everything instead of Mexican cheese.

Driving through town. Tried this place because of the random location. Service was good. Atmosphere was good. Food was a BUST!Had the ASADA COMBO PLATE.Asada had zero seasoning. Beans & Rice were average at best.If you're looking for authentic Mexican food.Stick to the mom & pops in Fontana. Any one you find off Sierra.

Amazing food I have had. I called in for a order pick up and only took 10min. I was hungover and their menudo brought me back to life- it was delicious and has me craving more. Excellent portions. Will be coming back often.

This place is okay. Location is in downtown rialto. Plenty of parking. The service can be a little slow. We went with a party of 12 and others around us had already ordered and got their food and they were seated after us. We had already asked to be helped with taking our order and the waiter said okay give me one sec, he went helped one person and when I thought he was coming around he was gone for another 15 minutes helping others getting their orders and bringing their food. We called him over again because by this time we had waited 30-35 minutes since we were seated to order. I ordered the carne asada plate and that meat was not worth $20 I paid for it. I've had their carne picada I think it's called and it was better than the asada plate. They only have two salsa options and the green salsa tastes like enchiladas sauce not actual SALSA for meat and tacos. I haven't tried their mixed drinks but my husband gets beer here and the last time we went their kegs weren't set up because something was wrong I believe.

Drove by last month looked appealing. Was in the neighborhood stopped for dinner. Friendly didn't hassle me about my service dog. I'd come from riverside just to eat here again.
