They definitely don’t make money on the portion size/ meat servings. They don’t make money on the service they provide to customers they make money from up charges, add-ons, upsizing. If you order anything off the menu it is trash.
You must first ask
“Well-done” “With Cilantro” “Add extra meat” “Add extra”
If you order this way. Then this place is okay. But the owners gonna make ya beg for it, just like he is.
The lady’s inside chose to be nice, I’ll come back for them, but I’m not gonna leave a good review .
It’s the cherry on top, most of the time you don’t even eat it, but it’s about the service.
Response to the owner: nah bro, I’m on a diet and if I take the carbs out of any of your orders I’m on a 15 gram snack run . The ratio of protein to calories/carbs/fat is ridiculous, it’s not even worth it to order a taco shell with your snack tacos cause your going to have to chase down a whole vat of oil before you actually get enough protein to hold your stomach down.

The older lady working the window was rude sat there forever and we ordered 3 regular tacos 1/3 was ok the rest filled with mostly lettuce and our fries where cold with NO Salt and the bean and cheese burrito will give you diarrhea FYI

1:51 AM on August 5th, 2025. Was craving a shake SO BAD specifically from del taco. Went to 4 other locations and all said “no ice cream right now”. This is the only location who was willing and she got it done quickly and friendly. Great job!

They didn't give me my order complete and I didn't notice till I got home not only did they give me the wrong burger my carne asada fries were missing I tried calling to get credit but they never answered it's too late and too far to go back double check your food is in the bag and the correct items as well never going back this place always messes up orders paying for food I never got is not ok

If it wasn't more pain than gain I'd go back right now, 2 reg combos and xtra large frie nothing fancy, not busy, no straws no large fry, pretty simple order, maybe not for some....

I went back after 7 months. I got a coupon sheet in the mail, last time they said that I could use 2 coupons per visit, this time only one. That is fine , but the attitude of the cashier stood out, as I was talking about the coupons (I had 2) because last time they said I could use (2). She kept on interrupting me , 3 times I am trying to finish my sentence and LILANI WOULD CUT ME OFF AND WOULD NOT LET ME FINSH MY SENTENCE. At least listen, then answer . Very very rude, how do these kind of employees get a job at customer service . What is bad is, the owner or general manager does not even care. 7 months ago I complained, no one answered me nor contacted me . They do not care , their employees are just the them , they learn from them . SMH , how sad. I have been a customer of del taco for over 35 years. Shame on you.

Manager drive thru lady at 1030 4/10/25 at night made me back up and pull up again to reset the timer. Very unsafe and uncomfortable, felt that if I didn’t she would ruin my food. I also asked for extra lemon and didn’t even get the original lemon that came with tacos.. Very inconvenient and wild request for an employee to be asking a paying customer
