I ordered my pizza 2 hours prior to pick up. they just put it in at pick up time. i have sad students.
Poor and Inconsistent Service from drivers, but it's the company's fault. If you don't deliver to someone's door, simply call and let them know so they can make arrangements to order somewhere else like Big T's Pizza! I live in some gated condos where it's one way in and out and gives clear instructions and identification of buildings.
