I just pulled out of the drive-through this morning on 11-19 at 7:20 in the morning and the gentleman behind the counter in the drive-through that took my order was so rude. I had to ask myself twice how in the world this guy got a job at such a bright and bubbly place. I’ve been a loyal Dutch Bros customer for many years and today I encountered one of the rudest people ever at this establishment.

I am a COFFEE person..Ive tried soo many coffee shops. The Golden Eagle with Caramel is absolutely deliciousl. You can taste the espresso, milk and caramel. Truly my fav! My daughter bought this for me👍🏼👌🏻

Just came through here today at 3:40 and the staff working at this location are not friendly like a normal Dutch Bros establishment. The girl who took my order as well as the other girl who served my drink in particular both had mug expressions and were not conversational. They are also extremely slow at their service. They left me at the drive thru window almost 10 mins for only 1 drink, without communicating to me and did not even say “sorry for the wait”. The location up the street in Fontana is way nicer and faster. I’ll just take my business there.

I had never tried Dutch Bros before, but I saw an infamous drink online that I had to try! I ordered a small Banana Bread Latte with caramel drizzle and a banana soft top. Since I don’t like my coffee too strong, I asked for one less shot of espresso, the small size normally comes with two. After ordering, it took about 10–15 minutes to get my drink. The person at the window was really nice and welcoming, and they took my order quickly. I do wish they had told me about the app so I could start accumulating points. Definitely something I’ll be using next time! The drink itself was absolutely delicious. It tasted like Christmas and instantly became a favorite. It was so good, I’ve gone three days in a row ordering the same thing!
I highly do not recommend this Dutch Bros coffee location due their store employees having lack of customer service etiquette. I personally experienced, the worst customer service by an employee by the name of Cindy B. who works in the drive thru window in the evening work shift on Saturdays. This person was so rude that she gave me an attitude for asking a question, why my iced coffee drink barely had any cold foam? She rolled her eyes and demanded for any extra $1.00, if I wanted more cold foam on my drink; as if, I could not afford to pay an extra $1.00. Which I did paid an extra $1.00 for extra cold foam to be added onto my ice coffee which is a rip off because the employee by the of Cindy barley served any cold foam on my drink to begin with. In addition, beware of ordering any cold foams drinks because the employees will fail to server you a decent amount of cold foam on a drink that includes cold foam. This location is stingy on severing cold foam on coffee drinks.

The employees were rude and forgetful. We told them it was our first (now last) time. They didn't like me asking for recommendations or for whipped cream after they forgot it. My mocha was lightly espresso flavored milk. I regret tipping now.
