We made an order online and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. The associate doing the drive-thru seemed preoccupied and said it would take 1-2 mins longer and for us to drive to the front. We drove there and waited 6 or 7 mins, so I went inside to see what was happening. They took another 3-4 mins to acknowledge that I was there and took another few mins to get the order out. That being said, the food was good. It was just a little frustrating.

The store hours are wrong... it clearly states closing hours at 10:30 pm. I'm at the door at 9 pm. And I'm told the close at 9:30... explain that... bad Info. Took my money to in & out.

Bad service the employees are very rude when you go to ask for something they ask for the bathroom they don't want to give it & they still get angry I won't come here again

Terrible, I ordered a chicken chipotle burrito which I started to eat but I didn't bite into any chicken and when I opened it it only had 3 pieces of chicken and I stopped and told a lady who told me that it has a spoonful of chicken and I told her that No because it's not the first time I've ordered that burrito ? and he tells me that then for the other one I'll order extra which I don't think is free and I told him I ordered a chicken chipotle burrito not a rice and beans burrito I know it's x portions but 3 pieces of chicken it can't be ?? and it was Thursday 27-2024 at 5 pm and the lady is thin, medium tall and is where she orders one in the corner on the left side
