Amazing service! Every time I go they provide positive service with a smile.
Not to mention they have never messed up my order before. Definitely my go to place when i'm hungry and need a quick meal. Also it's really comfortable inside and it makes dining there enjoyable which is really hard to say for other nearby restaurants.

The chicken pieces tend to be much smaller than other places. The chicken is dry and sometimes burnt. Food is overpriced for the quality and quantity one receives. Very disappointing. This place used to have higher standards. The churros are definitely not worth the purchase - they are dry as rocks and have no taste! One could easily break a tooth on biting into one if one is not cautious- El Pollo Loco should not be selling churros.
