Wow, they didn't put our second tray in the bag and when we got home we noticed, we called and blamed us for not knowing the procedures. Wow the service is a negative 20 no apologies even after I politely said all I'm asking for is an apology, not to be blamed for a mistake. Then when my husband got there, no apologies just handed him the bag, so sad how the staff is poorly trained.

Came to have some dinner with my family, and the cashier messed up my sister Oder and gave her so much adduited and she seemed bothered when we asked her for a extra side of rice and got it for us and she didn’t even hande it to my sister she throws it at her almost so rude there needs to be some kind of manger there to see these things

I went to get lunch here and I watched as they made and messed up my order as I was in line, they Mixed up the noodle bowls and I ended up getting noodles with corn and cilantro when my noodles were playing as I went to go pay, I was telling the young Mexican girl with dark brown hair lashes and nails (i did not get her name too busy dealing with her attitude) that they messed up my order. She opened the box and asked me if I got corn on my noodles and I repeatedly said three times no I did not, and she repeatedly said three times “then this isn’t your order” with an attitude I understand people make mistakes and they just mixed up the order but it was the fact that she kept repeatedly asking, and telling me that the order wasn’t mine, trying to make me feel as though the mistake made was my fault she then told me to go remake my order because she was the one who was confused later on, I wanted more rice because my order barely came with any rice in the box. She then told me there was gonna be a two dollar charge and I asked her if she could give me it for free since they messed up on my order she lets out a deep sigh turns around grab box aggressively, put the rice in and slams the top of The container where the rice was Then slide the box of rice to me and says “here you go” and walks away again I understand mistakes happen and it was not intentional but having an attitude is a choice.

Do not use the weight option!!! They do not take out the tare of the box they put the food in, so you are paying for your food and the weight of the box.

I visited this place for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The price for three bowls came out to $81 and some change, which I find very expensive for a Mongolian grill. If the food had been excellent, the price might have been easier to accept, but it wasn’t. The bowls had a burnt taste, as if they had been left on the grill too long, which gave the food a bitter flavor. It was dry and not enjoyable.
The restaurant itself was also uncomfortably hot—to the point where you end up sweating while eating. Overall, I would not recommend this place and won’t be returning. There are much better options out there that offer better taste, more reasonable prices, and a far more comfortable atmosphere.

Finally tried this place as I was craving stir fry. It’s very clean, staff is quick and friendly. I love the multiple options of protein and sauces!
