The staff at the Panama City FL on 231 location portrayed out of line and unprofessional demeanor unbecoming of a large costumer service business. Upon arriving to receive my pickup order, there was a group waiting to be seated. 20min past and we were all still standing there waiting to be helped. That's when I called out if someone can help us. At that moment, a waiter came to sit the group in front of me. 30min past since my arrival and still no help for myself, I asked a different lady at the counter if she knew the status of my order. I was greeted with a disgusting attitude. She told me, that she didn't know about my order, that she's processing another order, and that I should just sit down and wait. I responded with can you get me someone who does know about my order. She replied, "I'm not a little girl", and that I she has done this too many times before. Conversation continues and she walks to the back yelling "can somebody come get this guy". A heavy set guy walks up raising his voice at me telling me to leave, and that no one disrespects his employees, and that I should just go to the Denny's down the street, not knowing any of the details that transpired, only that there's a guy up front meeting his staff with the same level of energy she's giving off. I tried explaining to him that he cannot come up here with this level of disrespect towards another human being all because his staff is flustered and doesn't know how to respond to customers correctly. This guy, (may have overheard that he was a manager) was completely out of line as someone in a leadership position. I walked out, and came back in seconds later realizing that I payed $70 plus gratuity (a joke) for food that I didn't get. I was met with another employee. Completely night and day difference compared to the rest. She helped me out by gathering my food, asking questions and apologizing. I really wish I got her name. None of the employees were wearing name plates. Turns out the establishment was recovering from a prom party and was backed up on orders. Which, I or any other customer in their right mind would have understood if that was mentioned upon walking in. All of this could have been avoided if staff greeted customers walking in, informing them that they are backed up and that orders may take longer. Look, from the lady with the attitude to the guy that approached me, this was just a poor representation of a company. Needless to say, I will never return to this or possibly another IHOP establishment. And will do my best to turn others off of the idea as well.

Horrible service! They barely made my food when I got there and they forgot cheese on my burger the girl seating ppl is very rude!

my bf ordered the chicken fried steak with gravy and it just tasted weird not like how it should.it almost taste just like a chicken nugget but not in a good way, not enough gravy. I got the hot chocolate and It was the worst I've ever had, it tasted like a packet of hot chocolate with water and whipped cream. It was so bland I had to ADD SUGAR!

There was 13 of us total, 10 adults and 3 children. So I guess I can see how our bill was $308. But the food wasn't that great and the waitress kept forgetting things that we ordered ??♀️

Usually 5 star food, however chicken in Omelet was dry and hard today. Making everything else okay due to sensitivity and mood changes when you can't chew it.

I've been here 3 times. Twice was dine in & my most recent was a pickup. To be honest, the service here needs A LOT of work. You ask one employee one thing & they walk past you like you didn't say a thing. The first time we came we got our food served in waves & not within seconds of each serving. Some of our party had to wait almost 10 minutes. People had already finished eating as others were still getting their food. The second time it was during dinner hours so it wasn't too busy but our server was still struggling to help us out. This most recent time was an online order. I placed the order & was informed it would take about 25 minutes & we still got here a little after the allotted time & our food STILL wasn't ready. I had to wait 50+ minutes on top of the time my food was supposed to already be "ready for pickup". Overall I've never had a good experience at this particular location. Such a shame to have the closest location to me be this horrendous.

I went there tonight and it was amazing service , the lady even got my daughter free pancakes but everything was so good & i highly recommend this
Was left seated for 25 mins. with my kids without any service, I finally asked for assistance because people seated after us were being attended to, waited another 5 mins., then decided to leave.We ended up going to the near IN & OUT & came home to eat instead, no regrets. The last time I came here with my whole family it was an o.k. experience, but today nailed the ⚰️.

food was ok I had a breakfast chicken biscuit with fries.. something smelled off, like old oil where they had previously fried fish i think maybe they used to fry my ? fries.
