I was in line and the woman on my side walked away but the lady on the other side was taking people's orders on her side still. I had gotten an appointment request and was going to just drive through but she decided to step in front of my vehicle and stop me from driving because she thought I was going to try to order at the window. Then it was already too late. I simply just wanted to get out of there at this point because I was already late taking the order and I knew they still had to make the food. The person whose order she took actually came behind me so it was kind of rude.

Everything is very good except that those who go to the drive thru get into the parking lot and those of us who are leaving take up to 10 minutes to get out because the cars that are behind take time to move forward.
