Went there to get a taco, came out with a taco with someone's hair on it. I was quite frustrated with this because I had paid for the taco with my own money, for what to have bad quality food? And to top it off when I went to tell the lady at the counter all she did was shrug and walk away. Despite all this, the atmosphere felt really nice, it felt cozy and welcoming to everyone. Might be coming back, just raise the bar Jack.

So the food for me is always fresh literally it hits every time. The ladies that work here are the best they are always so nice to me. Of course i am always kind and grateful. I always want to call them when I get home because I'm always so happy with the freshness. Thank you ladies at jack!

Jack's in general is slacking recently. They raise the prices on munchie meals then take away the chicken tater melt. That's literally the best munchie meal ! For this location specifically they aren't 24 hours like all other Jack's and sometimes are closed even during times it's posted open. Aside from that it's still decent cheap food so yeah ?
