I ordered one of the new hamburgers, and I had to think, did someone actually think that this combination of stuff they put on my hamburger would actually taste good. I don't remember the name of this burger because it really didn't taste good but it was new.

Thought I'd give this Jack a shot again I brought it from a two star if I could I'd bring it to a zero star. This is by far the worst restaurant not Jack in the box but restaurant to go to. The employees are rude when I asked to speak to the manager and complained she told me if you don't like it go somewhere else. Matter of fact she said go to another Jack. That's not how you treat customers. You find out how you can fix the problem and if you can't you at least apologize. I've been in retail for 35 years and I would never in a million years treat a customer how this particular restaurant has treated me. The supervision for Jack in the box is a laughing stock they do nothing but send you a couple coupons if you're lucky and do nothing to management. The manager is a laughing stock... Do not I repeat do not go to this restaurant!!!!! 0⭐s
