Only stopped by for a quick late dinner. Only got the over priced gremlin box for the gremlin air freshener which I did not recieve along with the sauce I did not recieve food was not warm. The girl at the drive thru was nice. Cold over priced food but what can you expect from fast food I suppose.

I was about to write an angry review, but Crystal came out to talk to me. When someone puts in a mobile order, and it's not ready yet at the speaker, it's real simple. They wait in line until they get to the window, and then they wait there. It's the same exact thing as when someone orders at the speaker. They wait in line. They don't have to go back around or come inside for their order, just because they did a mobile order. That's not fair, because the people ordering at the speaker don't have to do that. However, Crystal explained that their timer is very stressful and that she needs me to CALL them if I want to customize anything that I order on the app, because the app does not allow most customizations. Jack seriously needs to fix this ASAP. It is hurting everyone.
