Every time I go through the drive thru, who ever is at the window never add ketchup, hot sauce and not even napkins, come on that's common sense, I know direction is no to give anything to save money but they don't have to be that stingy.

I ordered and it was wrong and I ordered onion ring and only got 2 little pieces and on top my fries were so cold and stale and tacos stale I tried calling no answer this is terrible and I’m never ordering Al from this place smh so disappointed if you don’t like your job don’t work it’s simple

This is the second time I have to come back after going home. This is why I’m writing this review. Do better guys. The apologies seem sincere and seem like good people, but come on now, something’s got to give. I didn’t get offered anything for my inconvenience. I also had to wait in the line of the drive thru. Fries are cold, tacos shells are stale, I ordered at midnight. The time before this I ordered late. So my opinion is don’t go at these times. The food is cold and not fresh.

I have to give this Jack in the box five Stars they've always made my food really good and if there was ever an issue they always took it back right away without any attitude but the best way to eat those two tacos is with extra lettuce and ask for shredded cheese instead of the American cheese and if you like it a little bit more spicier add jalapenos and it's the best eve🤞🏽r🔥👏🏽👌🏽
