This is the second time I have to come back after going home. This is why I’m writing this review. Do better guys. The apologies seem sincere and seem like good people, but come on now, something’s got to give. I didn’t get offered anything for my inconvenience. I also had to wait in the line of the drive thru. Fries are cold, tacos shells are stale, I ordered at midnight. The time before this I ordered late. So my opinion is don’t go at these times. The food is cold and not fresh.

I have to give this Jack in the box five Stars they've always made my food really good and if there was ever an issue they always took it back right away without any attitude but the best way to eat those two tacos is with extra lettuce and ask for shredded cheese instead of the American cheese and if you like it a little bit more spicier add jalapenos and it's the best eve🤞🏽r🔥👏🏽👌🏽

Regarding the employee/manager who has blonde hair light skin she has a pretty horrible attitude towards customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place until she’s replaced. The lady with the grey sweater. NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ASAP.

We rarely eat fast food. But since we were in rush, we decided to go thru the Jack in the Box drive thru. My husband order the Spicy chicken sandwich combo with curly fries and I ordered 5 chicken strips. We were starving and eager to eat our dinner. However we were thoroughly disappointed. My chicken strips were greasy and luke warm. My husband's chicken sandwich was cold and the fries were hard and cold. You could tell they were old and sitting out way too long. They should've never served them. It wasn't like they were busy. There was only 1 car before us. I think these workers are getting lazy and serving people old food. We are unsatisfied that we wasted our money.
