Never meets customer’s expectations, was given a Diet Coke when I asked for regular coke. I was given loaded fries with no bacon bites and when I asked about it they told me it was there, so I showed the manager and she told me to move the fries around and there was very very little bacon and she refused to meet my expectations

If I can give negative stars I would my experience was so disappointing I come by after work to order some food I ordered a teriyaki bowl and a coke and loaded wedges the teriyaki bowl was so dry and said they couldn’t give me any teriyaki sauce then the loaded potatoes wedges barely had anything on when I went back to ask for a bit more toppings a young woman started making a fuss about it and I ended up just leaving I was bothered and to top it off I get home sit down had a drink of my soda and wasn’t coke but Diet Coke I was so disappointed I tried calling and no answer

Jack in the Box is the definition of inconsistency. One day, the food is decent; the next, it’s a soggy, greasy mess. The tacos taste like they were made in a middle school cafeteria, and the burgers are bland, overpriced, and barely warm. Service? Expect long wait times, rude employees, and incorrect orders. The only thing you can count on is disappointment. If you have other options, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

It’s hard to believe that anyone can read or follow directions. EVERY SINGLE THING WAS WRONG. Sure it’s fast food, but for $20.00 an hour you should be able to do the most simple job on the planet.
