I had such a great experience here! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and welcoming the restaurant felt — everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was bright and inviting.

The real highlight, though, was the amazing customer service. Our server Nikki went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was friendly, attentive, and had great recommendations (thank you for pointing me toward the carne asada tacos — they were incredible!).

Speaking of the carne asada tacos, they were so flavorful and perfectly cooked — tender meat, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of seasoning. Easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere.

If you’re looking for delicious food, a clean and comfortable environment, and top-notch service, this is definitely the place to go. Make sure to ask for Nikki — she’ll make your visit even better!

Great time. If you wanna play pool have a great drink and snacks stop on in. Try the appetizers they're great. Lexy was a great host and Jackie before was also a great host. Definitely try if you haven't been in. Especially if you like to play pool. Competitive.

Food and the ambiance is great, customer service is a 10+ good to come a drink by yourself or to have a pool game with your buddies. Can't go wrong with Jack's.

I liked the environment and the place was very nice. My ONLY issue is the bartender Jackie. This is my first time in your establishment and I am 23 years old, I showed her my id and I refused service because it wasn’t the new ids. But my id clearly stated my age and information. I left unsatisfied and refused for a bs reason

I came on a great day because I got this cool pint glass.
I have been coming here for a long time and love the spot. It gets lit but not lit to the point that I have to look out because you never know type of lit. Love the place. The happy hour is great. It gives me time to get home from work, pick up the wife, and sip a few brews.

I went for lunch before work and the food is great! And the staff is so nice! Will definitely go back again. Maybe have a drink next time too!

Did this place shut down or something? It's closed every time I go, even though it's hours before the listed closing time

The place looks sterile. The lighting is so dim, and it's hot in there. The burger was good, but skip the fish and chips. They don't have desert and charge for tap water. There was only 1 other person there, and the bartender didn't even acknowledge us when we came in. She had a horrible attitude. She acted put out by our ordering anything. we played pool and ate, but not once did she come over to us to see if she could get us anything. I even brought out dirty dishes to her and had to ask for water refills multiple times. She argued about our drink selection . Our bill was $168, and for two lunches and 2 drinks. outrageous to spend that much and be treated that way.

Went here to grab dinner. It was hotter inside than it was outside. It smelled so bad inside. The employees never even addressed me and took my order. Then the ceiling had a serious leak and started pouring out water. The bartender with the dark hair I believe Jackie had a whole personal argument with a man at the bar meanwhile I hadn't been given so much as a coaster or received a, "be right with you". The first time I came here it was a total different experience. It was a busier night and service was still pretty good. Even the security was hospitable. Maybe this evening was an off night. It was so off idk if I'll ever be back though.
