Store is closed before 8pm its 7:15pm why dont they have a sign stating they close early i have been here other times where it is 7 and the door is locked or all the lights are turned off and they turn you away. Do better

Shoutout to that girl who was working alone on Monday afternoon for holding it down but its totally unacceptable and unethical for whoever runs this establishment to only have one employee there doing everything and I mean everything including online orders. I was doing an Uber eats order and it took around 30 minutes to get the order ready, absolutely unacceptable and this all has to do with incompetent ownership not having more people working and nothing to do with the employee. Get more employees, do not be greedy, this creates unwanted stress and problems with both the employee and the customers.

Breaun had horrible service. I was the only customer in there only ordered two drinks had an excuse to not make any drink. Kept saying she was out of ingredients to make any drink I ordered. Lazy lazy lazy!

It is not fair for 1 person to work and have a line waiting and doing online orders. Waited for 20 minutes for the girl to take my order. And there were 7 people behind me. Seriously, poor customer service. I loved her, super sweet and under a lot of stress, I give her 5 stars. Really the owner must not care much give them/him/her 0 stars.

I did a an order for mobile pickup to beat the line and my drinks were to be ready by 1:56pm. I arrived at 1:58p there was people in line and others waiting. I let the worker know that I had a mobile pickup she said she would get to it soon. She made everyone that was there in line drinks first and I was the last one to get my order at 2:50pm. What's the point of mobile order?

I visited Jamba Juice recently and was disappointed when the cashier refused to honor an offer that was clearly active in my app. I showed the offer on my phone, but they still declined to apply it without a clear explanation. I hope the staff can be better informed about current promotions to avoid this kind of frustration in the future.

6pm went to order a smoothie. No other customers there. The very polite worker said it would be a 25 min + wait cause she needs to clean stuff and chop strawberries. Not her fault but I guess in a few years a robot will make the time faster. I just went nextdoor and got a pizza.

Visiting family from out of state so i wasn’t familiar with a spot to get my morning green juice. I usually go to a local mom and pop shop by my complex in Oregon so my standards were fairly low since my regulars usually have everything fresh on demand. I was greeted by a nice young lady, Cam, and she recommended their Greens n Ginger since i expressed my love for Ginger. She mentioned to make it a specific way how she usually orders it and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Not to mention being the only employee taking every order on a busy morning, she had a great attitude. Thank you for the great service Cam, especially being new in town i felt very comfortable in this shop.
