Went in for a fruit bowl and they “didn’t have any” how??? I honestly feel like she was just lazy and did not want to make it.
This was very upsetting as a fruit and juice location you should always have these items available this needs to stop. I read all the negative comments below and still tried giving it a chance but never again service is two thumbs down!!! ?

Only one employee at this location when is realy hot weather? are you serious? shame on management, also the employee is most probably new needs to have a expirenced employee on the side to make sure she has the help she needs poor mangement arragement.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this establishment but I feel bad for the workers here. They only had one person making orders and the screens were all off. This place should be reported to see if proper labor laws are being implemented. I don’t want a generic response to my review, I want to see change. No way does the price match the quality that is being given here.

Smoothies are good but I've been coming here every few weeks and still no menu. Like come on. Preschoolers and little kids like to see a picture ATLEAST. Even my 12yo likes to see a darn picture of her drink before she gets it. Description is a plus but . A picture and name? I'm sure the owner can figure out a way to print them out and post it. it's not the employees fault. It's the person who runs the place.

I went into the Jamba juice thinking I would be able to get a nice smoothie with protein well seems they don't have a menu board up and they haven't had a menu board up in a long time according to the cashier first thing she says as I got into the door are you ready to order what am I supposed to order there's no menu boards she said you can go online poor customer service skills poor management store needs a good cleaning and even better customer service won't be coming to Jamba juice anytime soon

Came here and there is no menu. Guy said that their menu is online. Jamba has gotten worse. I didn't believe the reviews but it's true. It's even sadder that jamba want us to call and talk about our experience after reading this review. How about corporate get off their desk jobs and actually do work ?.

We went in looking forward to some bowls and smoothies; Upon walking in - the menu screens were off , only to be find out that they haven’t been working for the past 2 weeks ??‍♀️. When asking about products we were told they had no bananas and no peanut butter. A lot of Jambas options contain bananas and peanut butter! What company leaves there workers with no produce and the proper equipment and products to run a business.I felt bad the for the girls, but at the same time, there’s a place next door that uses bananas and a grocery store on the same shopping center, why not going to buy necessities.Jambas tend to leave their businesses with bare minimum supplies and employees.This one today had no supplies.

Saturday, 3/2/24 around noon, I came in for a smoothie. There was only one employee working. Making the smoothies, register, cleaning. One employee doing everything on a Saturday around noon is horrible. Also the store did not have a menu up. Only 1 paper menu that was in Spanish. Horrible, there was 3 customers ahead of me. I can tell it was going to take forever, I come on my lunch break, 30 min should be enough time to get 1 smoothie. Not here, I feel sorry for the young lady working by herself. This location needs to get it together, fast.

Currently waiting for my drink but wanted to mention that they only have one employee not only take orders but also make the orders. I work in service myself and I would be super exhausted if I had to do the work of 2 people. I get that it’s just making smoothies but having customers wait in line because someone is still making the smoothie isn’t ok. 2 people should be working at all times. Shoutout to the guy manning the front line tho! My smoothie was good!

The young lady passed over my order and took four customers. The young lady who took my order prepared my smoothie. She also apologized for her coworker. That's really sad. I guess ignorance is bliss.
