Currently waiting for my drink but wanted to mention that they only have one employee not only take orders but also make the orders. I work in service myself and I would be super exhausted if I had to do the work of 2 people. I get that it’s just making smoothies but having customers wait in line because someone is still making the smoothie isn’t ok. 2 people should be working at all times. Shoutout to the guy manning the front line tho! My smoothie was good!
me and my dad ordered the BlackBerry soothe and my stepmom ordered the sky blue vanilla and the worker put the vanilla in the blackberry and she put a banana in the blue sky smoothie and my step mom is allergic to banana so me and her switched drinks and that night i got sick to my stomic
I love It! They always get my order right and have good service although I think the night shift crew have better service than the morning and day shift crew. The night shift manager has the right attitude and customer service. Thanks to her, 5 star. She deserves a raise honestly.
