Poor time management from your employees. I ordered 2 sandwhiches online and doesnt matter what location i use it they dont start until i show up and workers act like they were hoping i wouldn't show up for my food. And fast food workers think they deserve a raise with that work ethic what a joke

I ask the girl that helped me her name it was Nevaeh she was super helpful and had great customer service she made my day just by asking how I was doing and the sandwich she made for me was perfect. But I didn't appreciate how the other coworker treated her if they had a problem with her they should have pulled her a side to address what she did wrong and not do it in front of customers that is very unprofessional especially coming from someone who is a supervisor for the food industry.

I had a nightmare visit on Sunday 7/20/25 at the North Rialto store 186 E Easton st. 3:45 pm. Me and my wife ordered a large sandwich. A very nice associate started the process. Another younger associate walked up, she looked like she just started her shift or coming off break. The girl that started the order asked the younger worker if she could finish as the store was getting busy. The younger rude associate looked bothered and walked up to counter. She never said a word, just started at me looking annoyed. After a 5 second awkward silence I finally said we only wanted 1/2 Mike’s way. She started the process again never asking me ANY questions about how I wanted the other 1/2 prepared. Again I started the conversation and proceeded to tell her what I wanted on the sandwich. Every time I mentioned something she would look up at me with a weird cold stare. The whole experience was way too strange. As she started to wrap my sandwich I asked if she could individually wrap them. She did not get into other staring match this time, she simply put both hand on the counter looking down and saying “I already started “. I said no you didn’t but never mind. As she was ringing us up I asked her why she was being so rude. Her reply was “ I did my job” at that point the associate that we started with apologized for the others behavior. I asked for the manager and both said they didn’t know. The first girl said she was filling in from another store. The rude girl said her name was Melody but she was reluctant to give me her name and I doubt that was it. I’ve emailed corporate and they replied this morning saying they are looking into matter. I visit Jersey Mike’s regularly. I’m on the rewards plan and I’ve NEVER experienced this type of service/ behavior. Zero stars for this store/sssoc

I feel like it’s just this location, because I love JM subs but I will never spend money here again. They weren’t busy, I called ahead and ordered, it wasn’t ready and it took forever to make two six inch sandwiches and completely screwed them up. So disappointing 😤

I wish I had paid better attention. I wanna say her name was Candace. She’s the new general manager of the South Rialto store and her attitude is freaking amazing. It was like watching a comedy show great atmosphere great customer service.

I went to Jersey Mike's todayAnd I like how when I walked in the young lady was talking and greeting me. But when it came to making my sandwichShe never changed her gloves and she wiped them gloves on her apron and tried to make my sandwich with With the same gloves. That's nasty and her apron was dirty
2 times I’ve ordered from here and it sucked ordered a 13 mikes way didnt get no olive oil and vinegar then ordered a bowl and it was even chopped up over this store
I recently placed an order for pickup at your location. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that despite calling in advance, I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my order to be made. This delay was frustrating and inconvenient. Due to this poor experience, I will not be returning to this location again for lunch or any other visit. I hope you’ll address this issue to prevent future customers from having the same frustrating experience.
