Michelle ♥️⭐️was so welcoming and professional! I came in during a busy rush and she handled it like a pro. Smiling the whole time, even while dealing with a very rude customer. Who was demanding a discount he didn’t qualify for. She stayed calm, polite, and kept everything moving smoothly. Great service and great environment from all the team. Keep it up, Juice It Up!

Have always went to Juice it up because i prefer it then other smoothie places, well was extremely disappointed. I ordered an açaí bowl like always, noticed the base was pre-made and not made like before that was instantly a red flag to me. Well i ate it as soon as i got home and taste nothing like açaí was extremely let down definitely not returning here.

This place has been a great find, I love the healthy choices . I had an amazing smoothie with energy boost. Paris was awesome. I’m still here with Gisselle being my server and I got the Açaí bowl with blue berries and strawberries and granola. It’s so awesome. The staff here are all amazing and clean establishment.

I just want the attention of the management. I ordered through DoorDash & didn’t get the right order TWICE. I called for a manager and was told there won’t be a manager until Thursday. Today is Tuesday. Poor management and poor service

I placed in order for a raw juice on the app and the pick up time was 25-30 minutes, which seemed like a lot of time for one juice but I placed it anyways. Arrived 30 mins later an empty store and the two girls could not find my order. Turns out they hadn’t even made it yet, Had to wait an additional 5 minutes while they made it. Ridiculous for 1 small drink.

Management: I was in today, ordered online approx 25-30 before coming in an my drinks were not ready. 12 people waiting in store, 2 more in the parking lot that I knew of… your poor employee was working in back all by herself with no help. She was doing her best but you could visibly see customers we’re getting frustrated waiting so long (one even came in for a full refund stating she was waiting over 30 min and her drink was not even started.Management should be on premises to help when needed, this poor girl was put in an impossible situation that probably lost revenue because other potential customers saw the long line and walked away.
