Be careful going through this drive-thru you can see where dozens of cars have scraped their bumper on the wall and the food is nasty nothing has any flavor I don't get how this place is still business.

I really do appreciate the lady that made all three of my sandwiches one she made me smile awesome customer service, two she got my order correct ? on service. She took my order while making it that takes experience and I wouldn't mind coming back if I'm given the same quality of service Everytime. That lady is amazing and deserves a raise ❣️ thank for making our lunch very delicious ?

I Places a order on the service kiosk and after the order i was was informed that there was a 45 min wait when asked for a refund and was told they I would have to go through my bank to get a refund witch is ridiculous.. horrible experience 0 out of 10, let me save you some time and go some we're else's..

I went to Kfc on foothill in Rialto. Let me say the chicken legs were hard and bite into them and red. I been going to this place over 30yrs the last 2 visits food has been terrible. I believe the chicken been sitting for a long time. The manager needs to be responsible and change out that old chicken. Now my dinner is ruined.

I waited for 30 minutes for my food! They told me to park in the front, I finally went inside and asked for it. I must have seen 8 cars get their food before I went in.
Terrible service I bought through drive thru and they made me wait half an hour in the park and when they delivered the food to me it was incomplete and even so they argued that they were fine, yelling that I was lying Bernis or pernis was the manager in charge and did not solve my problem. I will never go back to that place again If I could I would have left zero stars

Foods awesome cuz it's KFC. But this location has some rather rude young ladies. Mexicans get trays when dining in. But I as a black man doesn't? That's called micro aggression and it's extremely racist. I will be calling the corporate offices.

Bernice at Kentucky chicken at foothill store in Realto Ca is the worst manager and needs to be removed as a manager do to bad treatment to customer service,, This PERSON should not be a manager for any restaurants. Bad treatment to customer and bad attitude should not be tolerated in any work place especially service Windows.I have Reported the payment ASAP to my bank everyone be careful of your orders,, other people are in need of jobs and enjoy working with customers.Babs,,

This location is usually pretty good but there are times where they are more rushing and their service definitely suffers. I go here very often because it's the closest KFC for my convenience so most nights I will say they are your average KFC but some nights I question who was cooking the food because the mash potatoes will be runny from how much gravy they add making it soupy or sometimes when you have to wait for them to cook something the wait time they say is only 10mins and then your stuck waiting for 30. This has only happened a few times to me so again I can't give them a terrible review but I will say they're worth giving a second chance if you happen to go at an unfortunate time. The one thing I DO HATE about this place is their drive thru I own a average 4 door car and everytime I use it I have to cautiously turn through it because it is very narrow and has a brick wall next to it that I could easily hit and risk scraping the side of my car.
