Ordered a online pick-up, there was no line at all in the drive-thru. I made the order about 5 mins before as I live close and it was still ready when I got there. I haven't had a potpie from there in a while but they are one of my favorite potpies and it did not disappoint. I made sure to take a picture as it was a work of art!

Felt something was off when we past the drive thru windows, it smelled so bad in there, went for a famous bowl and they took forever, after my kid ate it she started throwing up. Dont come here.

I arrived to Drive through and girl couldn't hear me. I asked to pull up to the window and she stated I needed to get off and go in the lobby. Defeats the purpose of a Drive Thru. Left without ordering because it was raining and wasn't trying to go inside.

Saturday 4:30pm The 2 young lady's Honesty and her coworker in the drive-thru, terrible customer service and people skills, not courteous, friendly, no hi,bye,thank you, no smile...nothing..
Horrible service. I ordered food on the app and was given a 5 minute wait time. I get to the restaurant and was told it’s another 20 minute wait. Instead of being apologetic the smart mouthed cashier just smiled and giggled. Store is extremely dirty floors and tables are never clean. Very soggy chicken most days.

We ordered on the kiosk and it charged me but it didn’t show on their side wr tried resolving it but the manger was being super rude about it not even trying to at least try and fix her kiosk

I regret coming to this place. I don't know if it was the chicken or the coleslaw, I ate a chicken breast and 2 bites of coleslaw and as im chewing i had to throw up. My daughter as well. I tossed out the rest because we were scared to eat it.ugh

First, ordering without a person is ridiculous, the kiosk is not user friendly when simply trying to make a special order. Second the entire order was wrong, after driving 3 miles home to find missing chicken in bucket, fortunately we at least caught that sides were missing before we left. Had to return to get missing chicken. Once back home realized our order was crispy(yuck) and not original. Thanks for ruining our dinner. Order was not fixed.
