Because they closed at 11pm, I called from the Fontana location and asked if they had pot pies. The young lady said "yes" but it would take 25 minutes. I told her I was on my way. When I arrived, she said she thought they had some but she was wrong. She also said she couldn't even make one because they were all out of the ingredients but didn't know that when I called. I started to order something else and asked if I could get a free side dish for my trouble and she said "no".I'M SO DONE WITH KFC!

Just went Sunday 11/5/23, about 4:30pm ordered a 14 1/2 and 1/2 all dark meat , by 6:30 everyone had either stomach cramps or nauseated, I didn't review yesterday cause I barely found out today that my granddaughter and son also felt the same.

I was given raw chicken and the staff or manager on shift had an attitude. I had to throw $25 of food away and didn't get my money back or new food!!!?????? I don't recommend it unless you want food poisoning! It needs new workers for the afternoon shift and clean the tables and soda area very filthy.....

The service the food all use to be much better. Many employees are not knowledgeable They mess orders up. I ordered a combo. Got home realized forgot my drink . One time I got raw chicken. Called manager she Said bring back now or we can't replace or refund . Then last visit I go through drive thru. To be treated with an attitude. I asked for original. Then I said can I get half original and half crispy. He said you said original. I said I then asked if can half and half. When he kept getting smart mouth I Said don't like you're attitude and drove through and left. The manager just as bad Over priced. Chicken smells like bad when walk in restaurant and they mess orders up . Dont give receipt unless ask for it. Dont serve butter. Any longer. Dirty on restaurant. Done at this location! .

I went thru the drive through a little while ago..employees are pretty nice here I will give them that but I ordered a three piece only got two..and I'm not one to complain about the flavor of things but the biscuit it came with was seriously disgusting! I enjoy eating KFC biscuits therefore I'm familiar with how it supposed to taste this biscuit seriously tasted like it was super old and rancid as in it was already expired before they unthawed them and put them in the oven...I started questioning the freshness of everything else and had to throw the food away

I've never gone to such a terrible restaurant. You might as well just visit a dumpster and pick out your meal. I asked for the soda 1/2 gallon and then asked for cups, but they made me trade it for 4 kids size cups. Did not get my money back...?Worst place in California?

I went through the drive-through. All I wanted was a breast and small mass potato. The cashier pushed the sale of a two piece meal. OK I agreed went to purchase. My meal, looked in the box. It was a small wing. I asked her about it she refused to change it KFC used to be nice and accommodating, but I guess they are not big on customer service anymore! PS no receipt that’s why it’s not in the picture….
