I’ve never written a review before, but this time I felt it was necessary. I visited Tacos La Central in Colton earlier this year & thought it was good, so when I saw the Rialto location, I was excited to try it.
I went through the drive-thru & ordered 6 tacos & 1 mulita to share. The cashier was friendly & even offered extra sauce, which I appreciated. But when I got home, I realized the only sauces in the bag were the “extra” ones, none of the sauces that should’ve came with the order. Not a huge deal.
The tacos looked sad & soggy, & the bag was soaked in grease. The mulita was so drenched that it left a puddle on my table. When my girl tried one carne asada taco, she had to spit out a long, fatty, undercooked piece of meat. The taste was off, almost like butane.
We love tacos and even make trips to Baja to eat Mexico food, so we know what good tacos are, but we aren’t hard to please. These honestly made us want to throw them away. It’s a shame, because the Colton location showed potential. This one feels like there’s no care or love in the food.
I really hope management steps in and turns things around, but as it stands, I won’t be coming back unless things completely change.

Waited 10 minutes to get my order taken at the drive thru speaker with no car infront of me. It took them 30 minutes to finally give me my food. I told them no salsa and they still put the salsa. when the girl finally gave me my food there were no napkins, no cilantro or nothing. I had to ask her for all that. The people in the car behind me even got out of their car and complaint. When I got home i realized they had put salsa when i asked for no salsa and then i find a piece of uncooked chicken!!! Horrible service!! Not once did the girl came to check on me or notify me that itd take so long and I called the number and the line its disconnected. Dont waste your time or money here

I give it 5/10 the Birria/Asada meat is spicy 🥵 no AC or window shades, it was very hot inside. I wouldn’t recommend dine-in. Typical prices. $37 for family of four.

Place was empty when I got there order the 3 alpastor tacos and 1 steak 1 chorizo taco. I didint understand why some tacos came with hand made tortilla and there's with packed tortillas. The 3 al pastor tacos were all 9/10 the flavor is perfect. I think the hand made tortilla would had made it a 10. The asada and chorizo tacos 6/10 nothing special. I also didint like that they did not have the A/C running inside and it's the reason I drove to that location and not the one in Colton. Overall I think it's a great place definitely going back.

The only Good thing there is the Radishes 🤣 and you only get 1 Radish per Taco .. My only Visit and My last “ Don’t waste ur $$$ at that place .
