Poor costumer service. As a paying costumer The lady was rude and didn't allow me to use the bathroom so I had to go to Food4Less while she allowed a couple other costumers to use the bathroom. She was working by herself and was rushing every single person and not in a polite way.

The staff is always very friendly, the snow is very good.

Took my kids in the evening to get ice-cream the lady's are very nice, The ice-cream is really good the fresas con crema are my favorite.

Very bad Service, I ordered a mangoneada for my daughter and the lady with gray hair was charging me $1 to put the tamarind stick in the tea and the tamarind pieces were also extra.It looks like they changed owners.

They ran out of corn. I don’t know when they stock it but if you plan on treating yourself for Valentines Day, not here if you looking for corn.

I asked for some Tostilocos to drink and they didn't want to give me or sell the tray with a lid, the girl said that they had already changed owners and it couldn't be done, the strawberry water from Leche is very sweet and the esquites she gave me half a cup of mayonnaise I didn't like $7.50 anymore, before it was different...

This place has built in restrooms!!They will not allow you to use them for no reason!! If the build it with restrooms for custmers why do they eve bothered to build them when they wont let you use them!A person with health issues and needs to use the restroom this place can really get in trouble for not letting customers use their restrooms!! Had to walk over to the market and use it there!Ive to other ice cream shops and they do not have any restrictions on restroom use!This place SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!! ?

I love La Michoacàna!!! They always have amazing home made icecream!! Definitely a 5 star!!!
