I asked for some Tostilocos to drink and they didn't want to give me or sell the tray with a lid, the girl said that they had already changed owners and it couldn't be done, the strawberry water from Leche is very sweet and the esquites she gave me half a cup of mayonnaise I didn't like $7.50 anymore, before it was different...

This place has built in restrooms!!They will not allow you to use them for no reason!! If the build it with restrooms for custmers why do they eve bothered to build them when they wont let you use them!A person with health issues and needs to use the restroom this place can really get in trouble for not letting customers use their restrooms!! Had to walk over to the market and use it there!Ive to other ice cream shops and they do not have any restrictions on restroom use!This place SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!! ?

I order nachos. The cheese tasted horrible .. ? Im sure they keep reheating the nacho cheese every time. No flavor !!! Pls dont waste your money
Hotter inside than outside order corn with Takis in small cup gave charged me for a large and put only mayo and on the top a bit of takis with tajin and a bit of powered cheese it was a lot of mayo

CHECK UR RECEIPTS!!!!! Got some ice cream. Total should have been 18. The woman tells me 50 cent charge for using card. I'm looking at the screen and I'm seeing a custom charge of $5.80. I'm like WTH. Woman tells me it's 24 I'm like why is there a custom charge of 5 extra dollars? She really thought she would scam me ad acted like it was normal for her. I voided my transaction and the woman got so red with a guilt face she didn't know what to do. She called someone else to come help me because she didn't know what to tell me since I caught her doing shady shit. Makes you wonder how many individuals have been over charged. Good day all be careful!

Fresas con crema the cream was too watery n not sweet as it should be and strawberries very bitter not ripe at all n a bunch of green leaves from the strawberries and charge way more than my local one
