LA MICHOACANA ICE CREAM SHOP

Our first time visiting this location. The girl who attended us was so nice and very professional. My daughter changed her mind about a drink and she was kind enough to swap it out. The place looked really well kept and clean. We had horchata 10/10, manzana loca 10/10 & Ferrero rosher & pistachio medium ice cream 8/10.

Horrible service went in today 1/5 Sunday upon my arrival both ladies were busy first lady got done with Customer and just looked at me and my family skipped us went to the next family. Once the other girl got done. Also just looked at us and went to the next family. Neither of them offered to help us once I told them why were we getting skip neither had a valid reason both looking at me like I’m dumb like they don’t know what I’m talking about while I had already been waiting for them for over 10 min

The girl that helped us out did a great job she was kind and respectful and had a smile on her face however the ice cream I was disappointed. We go three flavors lemon con chamoy paleta this one was super salty and the lime flavor was bitter like when you cut a lemon and let it sit for a while and it gets bitter the same taste for the lemon ice cream bitter aftertaste. The mango con chile tasted like they added Valentina to it for the chile flavor and was bitter as well so iam guessing it has some lemon in it as well. For the rest I can’t say I did not taste it Iam sure they will taste really good I think it is the lemon juice that turns bitter in the process.

Wow! The ice cream was good! A friend introduced me to Nanche and what a unique flavor, rich, sweet, with a hint of cheese, and the texture of this ice cream is great. The atmosphere was cool, a little too bright for me but that's a preference. The staff was good, quick and courteous. Coldstones used to be my favorite ice cream, but they just got bumped. Give it a try, what a treat!

I ordered a Binico on Sunday September 8th @2:010 , I am allergic to melon and asked if I can substitute the melon with mango instead and she said it would be extra ($1.25) which I did not mind but still never heard of it being extra to substitute for a different fruit , then she added the total in and added a inconvenience fee of a $1 ?? Which I thought was crazy before what inconvenience was it to substitute a different fruit because I’m allergic! The total came up with the extra fee for the substitute fruit $1.25 and the convenience fee came out to $16 for a binico with strawberries bananas and Mango , I’ve ordered this same thing the same way in a different location and only came out to $12.50 so I’m very unsatisfied
Because of the “ inconvenience fee “ since I’m an allergic to a fruit .

It's a shame for them to bear the name of the snow capital.It's disgusting that they use KLASS for their snow, they think no one would notice.Snow doesn't even bring fruit. Too much water,So many Michoacan stores and all of them fake.

The other day I got nachos and that nacho chips were super stale I couldn’t even eat my overpriced nachos.

I just bought 2 icecream cones the size of my pinky. The icecream scoop was smaller than the ones they serve kids at Baskin Robbins. And they still each cost me five dollars. Verry disappointing. This was my last time coming here!!!!

Come here all the time with my family, great place for a quick little date, service is excellent and I even heard the employees trying to teach non Spanish customers the Spanish flavor names!
