It's a shame for them to bear the name of the snow capital. It's disgusting that they use KLASS for their snow, they think no one would notice.Snow doesn't even bring fruit. Too much water,So many Michoacan stores and all of them fake.

I just bought 2 icecream cones the size of my pinky. The icecream scoop was smaller than the ones they serve kids at Baskin Robbins. And they still each cost me five dollars. Verry disappointing. This was my last time coming here!!!!

The items they have to choose from are many. They are healthy fruits and vegetables. It's so so, so good. The service is fast and the employee today was super nice and helpful. The ambiance is very wonderful. This place is so clean and smells good. It's just wonderful. Come and try this place . My first time here and I'll be back for sure.

Come here all the time with my family, great place for a quick little date, service is excellent and I even heard the employees trying to teach non Spanish customers the Spanish flavor names!

Paid about $27 for TWO fresas con crema. $3.25 was for one paleta. I was asked if I wanted granola and coconut in it, but was never told it was an extra 3.90 for toppings. If I would have known, I would not have said yes to it. Definitely not worth it. Will be going to the once across the street next to superior next time.

Went here Sunday February 19th Afternoon/Evening Time. Staff was friendly, I ordered Large Mangoanada / Large Corn Cup. Mongoanada was great, Corn was horrible, very cold and the whatever cheese they use there taste like nothing/zero flavor and was hard to dissolve in your mouth. $17 for both.

don’t use apple pay here !!! i used apple pay and it said approved but the lady told me to swipe my card instead. i was charged twice and the manager told me that on his end it was declined but that if the charge was still on my account after 24hrs to come back and he’d refund me for the extra charge. when i returned he was rude saying he couldn’t do anything about it and insisting that he doesn’t “need my money” yet refused to refund me when i had all proof of my money being took twice. Ended up just telling he couldn’t do anything and to call my bank. bank told me he was lying about it being declined and that it was confirmed twice !!! so rude and makes me not wanna pay for anything there ever again .

This was definitely an interesting place to visit. What we know in Hawaii as shaved ice, here at la mochocana is known as raspado. Mexicans perfected the flavors and added so many other interesting things to it. I am a fan of tamarindo and spice but they have tons and tons of flavors. We had a huge order but the one and only girl working was beast. She got all our orders out and perfect in no time. The place has tables so you can eat there or take out. The colors inside the place are bright and vibrant as the flavors. The only complaint I have is that I wish it were more tart. My tamarindo was very sweet so I was only able to eat 1/3 of it. It's ok, got other kids that finished it up! Definitely a spot to try and taste the different flavors. I don't care too much for sweet but it's worth the try.

Place is really clean. Tables were wiped, top of glass was not dusty, no dust on menu tops and the cashier lady was very polite and when she welcomed me in it was so comforting. I gave her a $10 tip. I will be coming back from Rancho Cu. Because it's either drive to Rialto or Fontana or buy Jamba juice like the rest of the bigots here.Thank you lady from 10am Sunday shift!

My daughter and I stopped by yesterday afternoon. The young lady assisting us was very sweet and helpful. We got aguas, raspados and ice-cream. Everything tasted great, we'll definitely be returning.
