“I placed a big order for office the night before to have it ready by early morning. This site only had an hour to get my order ready. I was happy when I got there and it was ready for me to pick up. The pizza was great and everyone was happy. Thanks Ron for making sure my order was ready. Very much appreciated.“

Sure I'll be back.7:20 p.m. when I came back in. Sorry your order was not place trough our system they'll have to make it.Okay I'll be back. 9:20 p.m. I went back. Sorry but it took you 2 hours your pizza was thrown away.I can refund your money the manager said.No I don't want money I want my food. You people made me work on an empty stomach out of all the choices I had I choose you guys. As soon as I said I want my food the Manager turned and walk away saying. I'll have it ready for you.I would like to apologize to the employees if I sounded agitated but I was hungry and I know things happen and it was super busy and to the manager Thank you so much you were professional and kind.I was expecting people to be rude after this incident but they were great I got my food and even thou it was like 3 hours late I still enjoy every piece of it.Thank you so much to the girl that came out and call my name and offered me more food for my wait. No thank you am sorry am fine. the manager the cooks everyone thank you .fast food fast pace and super busy only you can do it and sometimes we expect everything to go right and when it doesn't we blame you guys for everything that is wrong in our day just because something goes wrong on your end. This time is not the time Today I appreciate you guys more for doing what I believe none of us are cut out to do. We never say thank you enough and how much we appreciate your hard workToday I learned that a little patience goes a long way and instead of refunding my money you choose to say Okay I'll have it ready for you in no time..
