Terrible service, bad attitude, manager Jackie is super rude, doesn't communicate with customers, keeps us waiting forever, and doesn't respond when we speak to them. They're lazy and inattentive, as it seems like all McDonald's have been doing lately.

whoever was working the drive thru on 2/9/25 at 9:45am needs to get fired or a write up give her some coffee she mest up the order infront of mine and mest mine up too missing items this is ridiculous both drive thru girls sound like they still sleeping whispering your order management needs to do something about these type of workers

I only put 1 star cuz u had to today deserved 0 stars customers were visibly upset including myself about long wait times and incorrect orders. When brought to manager omayras attention she stated order was correct when it was not. Then she tried making me wait to get a refund when other register could have been used.left missing food with no refund and upset children in the car
Seems to be short staffed all the time and if you have the misfortune of dining in, there's this one worker who's name I don't know but you'll know who she is once you get her; the worst attitude, shows that she doesn't wanna be there, and loves to run back to the kitchen after completing an order to avoid any customer facing situations. Other than that it's alright I guess.

I ordered on Uber eats got the wrong order for a “Manny” and I told the manager I’m Sandra so this is clearly the wrong order can I just please have the correct order. He refused and claim it was the correct order even though I could clearly show him the correct order online. He still refused and had his little attitude even though he had it his way. So thanks for wrong order I guess…

They need to teach/train their employees how to take orders at the drive thru and to take turns on answering orders. For instance I was at the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken, another car pulls up at the other kiosk and they get their order answered first and the 2 cars behind them before I ordered even though I was first.

Service is always terrible! I was at the line at 10:20 to grab my breakfast and when it finally my turn, the lady switch the screen to lunch menu and tells me I can only order lunch. I was literally the last car in line so I don’t understand how it’s my fault the line was so slow that it hit 10:30 on my turn and being the last car , they could have easily just took my order instead I had to wait in line for nothing and left to work with no breakfast
