i hate this dumb new policy where i am limited to only 2 sauces for my nuggets and has the audacity to charge me 25 cents more for each sauce???!! this is ridiculous. this girl also gave me 2 sauces when i ordered a 40 pcs nugget. and my sweet tea aint sweet. she gave me a normal iced tea. ts pmo im not going bacc

So I went because I was hungry. So when I walked in the atmosphere was nice. The lady was calm and patient. When I got my food the meat looked a little different but I didn't think anything of it. I ate my meal and my stomach felt weird. I felt like vomiting. There were quite a lot of people. Right as I got up I started vomiting and everyone was looking at me. Some lady came to ask if I was okay. I told her no and asked her if she could call 911. She did. Then I sat down and started coughing blood when I stopped I was going to the bathroom to throw up again and it happened I started vomiting huge amounts of blood. Everybody was just looking at me. That same lady told me that the paramedics were coming in 1 hour. I couldn't stop vomiting finally it stopped. Then I ran to the bathroom and the lady came with me to make sure nothing bad happened. I vomited for the next 20 minutes. When I came back to my table people were cleaning up my vomit. I told them I was sorry and said thank you for keeping everyone calm. Then I started feeling dizzy. Not like when you spin in circles dizzy it felt like when you vomited for 6 hours. Then apparently I passed out. When I woke up in the hospital the lady was there and clutching my hand. I told her thank you for helping me. Then I told her I wasn't feeling well and to get a puke bag and to call the doctor. Then I vomited. I used 2 boxes of puke bags and I was still vomiting. After 6 boxes of puke bags I finally stopped. And then the doctor came and told me that I had consumed 3 raw patties and that was what was causing the vomiting.

I placed an order, the application failed, I couldn't enter the parking number to pick it up, I went inside, gave my order number and they told me that there was no order and that they would return my money in 3 days. I had to place a new order again. The order I had placed first was lost. They didn't give me the order nor did they return my money.

The wait time is incredibly horrible at this location. I would have to wait for 30 whole minutes JUST to be attended. They have so many staff and employees but yet no one is there at the front to take any order, so if you don’t know how to use the kiosk or don’t have a card, you’ll be waiting a minute to get attended. Let’s not talk about how long it takes in case you wanted extra sauce as well as missing an item or receiving a wrong item. It just takes too long in my opinion, like they need to have someone watching the register. And the drive thru is the same thing, if not, slower. Idk what it is about this location that just takes hours to get attended.

order 2 kids meals and 4 chicken sandwiches and was parked there was already a parked car, then they parked the next car behind us b4 our order was ready or out, we asked for bbq sauce for the chicken nugget kids meal and didnt get anything in our bag, this location is always parking every cars?? is this really helping or just irritating the guest to fake your car times

Make sure you get the right receipt because they dont know how to give receipts correctly or orders and then like to steal your time, food & money. Its ridiculous that they can't do a simply job right. Do better please.
One of the employees tried to fight me and when I requested a refund, the managr didn't seem to care why I wanted a refund and she didn't speak to me or address the issue. I tried calling the restaurant manager but the manager can't seem to reach out to me to discuss the issue. This is a hostile location and the employees are rough around the edges.
