I order in the drive thru 2 cokes and a Dr pepper, they gave me 3 Dr pepper, I told them and they said my order was corrected, but it looks they didn't care, when I got home we realized they gave me 3 Dr pepper. Very bad customer service.

I had a mobile order for 8 sausage mcmuffins. I pulled into drive thru gave them my order number and they sent me to park in #1 parking spot saying they would bring it to me when ready. 15 minutes later I got out of my car to walk in to find out that they forgot all about me. Had me sitting there while they were chit chatting inside. There was no apology either. Also it wasn't busy at all, I was the only car in the drive thru. This was at 8 am. I will never go back to this McDonald's. Always having issues with them and this is the final straw.
