The ordering at this McDonald's location is horrendous; at any time there's only one person at the counter to assist everyone. This location is fully relying on everyone placing the orders through the kiosk. Once you finally get your order... all the condiments, utensils, straws are behind the counter. This makes you rely on the single worker on the counter for assistance.
The only positive here is it's one of the few locations that still has an indoor play place.

Crooked Manager! I put my order through the app, and it did not charge me for the sauces that I requested, but when I picked up my order she said that she would have to charge me, no matter what the app said.

Terrible customer service experience..have you at the curb side parking for over 15 minutes. I finally called in asked about my food over the phone..very rude and blamed me for not checking in and she 200 percent wrong . Never said sorry and finally send some lady with my food that looked angry with an attuide .. I would not recommend this place to no one..Terrible service
