Horrible customer service
Seems like all the young people that work there cant even acknowledge you or even ask if you need any help all they do is just walk to the back and thats it.
Yesterday we where there not one person was helping anybody in the front, all i saw was workers grabbing there food and walking around, and this gentleman asked the manager im assuming he had a tie on and black hair skinny small guy if he knew anything about his order and he literally replied i dont anything and walked away.
Then me and my wife got our order and the girl that gave us order just left the bag on the counter said the number and walked away didnt ask anything looked mad to be there. Honestly the only positive sign i see there is the ladies making the food and keeping the food flowing but the young people yall have in the front cant even greet or anything there to busy in the clouds or just hate being there

Horrible from beginning to end, first of all I had to holler to get anyone’s attention to order, just left me there waiting. 2nd while I’m waiting for someone to take my order I see all the shift leads and employees making jokes and just talking in back. And the jokes were racist I overheard it myself it came from a male employee wearing the yellow vest and hat, he was bagging orders, and a female shift lead hears the joke and just laughs about it. Lastly employees saying they are out of items without fully knowing or checking. This visit was on 11/15/25 6:44pm.

Drove up to the drive-thru window and the lady had me sit there for 5 minutes before she took my money she was just talking to somebody else with her back turned to me didn't even open the window and say just a minute or anything like that just had me wondering what the hell's going on when people start honking behind me

Went on curbside and waited a cool 15-20 minutes for my order, said “did we get anything wrong”
I said I didn’t get my ice cream cone, they said it wasn’t working or didn’t have anymore.
The worker kindly asked me to wait a bit more to see what could be done, so I move my car out of curbside parking and parked. Went inside as I noticed I also don’t have any sauces either; they said I can replace my ice cream with cookies, apple pie etc, so I chose 3 additional cookies. I received it and thereafter asked for my sauces. I received one, I asked for the rest, the lady decided to give me one more, so I got 2 out of 3 sauces and just left as it wasn’t even worth having to REMIND the worker about my order. The building wasn’t even busy or anything. This McDonald’s building keeps forgetting my sauces or getting an order wrong, whether it’s curbside or dine in, might as well just go through drive through and actually go through my order in front of them at the window before leaving.

They looked like they may have been short staffed... you wouldn't have known by the courteous staff. They weren't running around being rude. They worked together and got the entire order correct. Thank you
