First time customer last week, and glad I stopped in. I ordered a veggie garbage burrito (for lunch) and veggie enchilada bowl (to go for dinner). Both hit the spot. Staff were very friendly and helped me navigate menu since it was my 1st time. I look forward to stopping by again next time I am in town.

So came here for early lunch today so around 10:30 am I ordered two asada plates with flour tortillas. They somehow didn’t have asada at all for the beginning of the day and didn’t have four tortillas so like wth lol. The cashier I did t get his name was amazing and apologetic not his fault at all and he did offer a discount too. Just think for someplace like this not having asada of all things would not make any sense.

I just wanted to speak highly on an employee there he took our order in the drive thru and all I can say is amazing customer service, he was very welcoming, kind, friendly, and helpful we had asked a question in regards to a drink and he gave us good feed back and now it’s one of our favorites “strawberry horchata”. Thank you so much for your great customer service Juan never lose that and all the happiness that came with it we appreciate you and your hard work.

I came here and ordered three breakfast burritos. Although it took them awhile to make these three burritos. It wasn't that bad. when I got home and I started to eat the my burrito it was a bit puzzling to me why it was separated into three separate sections. The first few bites were bacon. Then came the egg. in the bottom there was the potato. I was thinking why don't they take all three of those items mix them together and put them in the tortilla so every bite has each ingredient. The burrito was ok, it was just disappointing to eat each ingredient separately instead of together. Maybe in the future they can do that. If I ever go back there maybe I will just ask them to do that. It happens all the time. Not just this restaurant. Every restaurant that has burritos does the same thing.

Waited quite a while in the drive thru for 2 orders of beef taquitos. Drove 2 miles home and they were cold by the time I got home to eat them, cheese was not even melted, and the meat was barely warm. They’ve always still been hot by the time I get home in the past.
Very disappointing as we’ve always enjoyed them, but not very appetizing this time.

I want to lodge a complaint against this particular location. We placed a large order this evening which included a shredded beef burrito and an order of 3 beef taquitos. The cashier admitted that she somehow missed adding “no cheese” to the order. So she offered to replace the burrito with a 30% discount. Excuse me? She admitted fault and apologized, but somehow I’m expected to PAY EXTRA to fix her mistake??? This incentivizes restaurants to keep making “mistakes” so they can make upsells! I did pay and when I got the burrito it was mostly beans with very little beef, so I got RIPPED OFF A 2ND TIME! Later, we found that the beef taquitos we ordered were actually made with chicken, so we were RIPPED OFF A 3RD TIME! We also asked for 5 red sauces and 5 green sauces and we got 3 red sauces and 2 green sauces. And lastly, WHY are the restrooms blocked off with trash bins and yellow tape? We can’t even go to the toilet here! I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the terrible customer service here!

This place is hit and miss. Some visits are decent and some could be disappointing. My last visit wasn't that good. The rice was hard and undercooked and the Taco beef lacked any seasoning. Now my visits are far and few between.

Parking: Keep in mind that this place is part of a row of restaurants and there is a popular Chik-filet next door so you have to navigate through heavy traffic and filled parking spots.

I went into the Rialto location a couple of weeks ago. I ordered the shredded chicken enchilada and a side of rice. Didn't realize that I was given a Carne asada enchilada until I was going to eat it a couple of days later. I called the restaurant and spoke with the Manager on duty, William. I explained that part of my order was incorrect and that I would return it, hoping I could get what I paid for. He was extremely RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL and interrupted me before I finished. He put me on hold and when he returned, told me very nastily I would need to return what I was given so he could "see" it. If he hadn't been so RUDE, and dismissive in the beginning, he would have heard me tell him I would return the entree. I did return the entree and was given what I had actually ordered the first time, an inconvenience for me. William did apologize for the way he spoke to me earlier, explaining that he was " working alone and very busy". While I appreciated his apology, this explanation was merely an EXCUSE for being UNPROFESSIONAL. There is NEVER reason for being RUDE to your customers. If you can't handle the stress of being a manager, perhaps you should consider another position. I called the Corporate office twice to discuss this experience and never received a return call. Clearly Miguel's Jr. doesn't need my business and I will NEVER return nor will I recommend them to anyone. I believe you can and should do BETTER with your managerial staff. This experience was very disappointing. Lisa Williams
