had the cherry berry drink and churro donut, order came out quickly. staff was nice, shop is cutely decorated and had a nice vibe.

I tried the potato mozzarella with siracha mayo on the side. New craving unlocked. So good 10/10 recommend. The music playing was a vibe too. Very nostalgic. Will be back for more in the near future!!

I love Mochinut but this location is really bad. Servers are nice but the food care is very messy, unclean, unsafe. Hair in food, trays aren't cleaned between batches, servers using the same tongs on donuts that customers have touched. It's too sloppy. Waiting for health code violations.

Thought this was a great place to try the famous mochi donuts, although it took a while since there was only one person tending the counter, the food came out really good. Will come again.

I been coming here for months and today. I had bad experience with a rude employer, by name Stephanie give me attitude. I ask if there was any more fruity pebbles mochanut with a smart remark telling me no and she didn't wanna make anymore they wasn't even busy.. what a shame . I guess these place isn’t like it used too....

so i had drive loma linda location being as the staff was friendly and was willing make me some fruity pebbles mochnut ..

i hope the owner of the rialto location retrain there staff and reminded them we are the reason why the shop still running..

also i told stephanie i was gonna write a review about my experience she told me go ahead i don't care seem like she didn't even wanna be there ..

First time trying these donuts. I was excited since mochi is amazing on anything. Unfortunately the customer service was not great. The gentleman was rude and made me feel as if I was bothering him. I guess I could get over the fact that the young man was rude but the donuts were not tasty at all. They were stale and extremely sweet. They look good but not worth it. Save yourself the trip and money. Curiosity got the best of me.
