I went in there today, service its horrible, extremely slow, they only have one kid working and it took me 25 minutes to get 2 spring rolls. Everyone in there was waiting on their order from 20 to 30 mins. They are horrible at time management. Also they have a sign outside advertising 2 springrolls for $5 and they charge you $7.
We waited 20 minutes for 2 corndogs. Super slow customer service. Won't be coming back.

Im really disappointed in this place within the delivery from doordash, the corn dog is half the size of the box, its like they only made it with half cut cheese. The drink was too sweet, its just not appealing and appetizing. Never ordering from this place again.

Great service. Donuts are cooked fresh. So there is a little wait, but I always like fresh.

I just went this morning at 9:41 AM to grab some donuts for Family and Friends but my experience was unpleasent. The girl taking my order had really bad customer service. Was straight faced the whole time. Don't know if it is because shes not a morning person but that shouldn't be an excuse for any business to have people working in a place with with a bad attitude. Girl be happy we all woke up another day.

Only because I have a friend that lives near by did we decide to give this place a try. I failed to check the reviews before trying out a new place as I normally do. Can't really complain about their donuts but their service was horrible. I've never had a mochi donut and I asked the lady what the flavors were etc and she mentioned 2 flavors and asked if I was ready to order. I said no and she walked away. She didn't seem to care to make any suggestions especially when I told her I've never ordered a mochi donut. Thank God I didn't order a boba drink as a few people say it tastes watered down. Definitely won't be spending my money there again.
Great experience, workers were extremely nice 😀. Definitely coming back!

Watered down boba. The one I usually go to on Loma Linda is creamier and thicker and has more flavor. This places boba is watery and the boba is tough. No cream on the brown sugar boba and the matcha one was not creamy. The donuts saved the order but only by a bit. The drink was also less serving size than the other place, got a smaller sized cup compared to other places.

This was my first time visiting this place, but unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. There was only one worker, and when I told her I was new and unfamiliar with the menu—except for mochi donuts, which I had loved in Seattle—she didn’t offer any help in guiding me through the options. I had to figure everything out on my own. I would have left, but my granddaughters (ages 9 and 4) and my 6-year-old niece really wanted to try it.
The service was extremely slow—it took 30 minutes to get my order, and I spent $60, which felt like a complete waste. The drinks looked great on the screen but tasted awful. The mochi donuts were a huge disappointment—stale and nothing like the ones I enjoyed in Seattle. I also didn’t know there was dipping sauce for our items, and no napkins were provided.
The worker seemed very stressed, so I asked if she was the only one there. She said yes, and that another worker wouldn’t be coming in until 5 PM—even though it was only 1 PM. I didn’t get her name, but she was white and had color in her hair. While I understand being short-staffed, she could have at least been polite or made an effort to help customers. Instead, she ignored people who asked for assistance. Her attitude completely ruined the experience and the service. I didn’t say anything at the time because I had my granddaughters with me and didn’t want to lose my temper.
I wish I had looked at reviews first—the one time I don’t, this happens. Don’t waste your time. Take your business elsewhere. There should be 0 star option .

I ordered donuts and paid and for them to tell me they only had left the 6 that were on display they could have told me before they took my money. Staff seems annoyed when you walk in. The donuts were tasted stale. Will not be coming back.
