Norm’s has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is always helpful and friendly, creating a positive and inviting experience from the moment you walk in. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the cooks consistently do a great job preparing meals exactly as ordered. Management is also attentive and ensures that everything runs smoothly. A great spot for a reliable and pleasant dining experience!

This was one of the best all-around services I’ve ever had. This restaurant was firing on all cylinders. From the moment the manager, Byron, greeted us, though the end of our meal, which was served by Amanda, we felt valued as customers. The employees seemed happy and were smiling, but they were also very efficient. Our meals arrived promptly, were accurate, and were fresh and delicious.
