If I could give it a zero I would. Over 20 min wait for my food and I had to ask for my money back. People that had ordered after me, were called and after 20 min they were still waiting for the katsu chicken to be done for my order. Not going back to this location

Been seeing this place for about a year and never tried it today me and my friend were looking for new places to try and we happily choose this (a mistake) long story short we got the Terrikai and I got the spicy whatever this is very disappointing Iâm just so sad now ruined my appetite I saw a guy just sad in there thatâs probably why and the workers were NOT happy to see us not a big deal but yeah itâs also expensive nearly 20 dollars for nasty chicken, macrioni salaf and bland white rice please donât get this I promise you itâs not good I PROMISE youâll regret it.

Giving them only a 3 because they raised the prices and are now giving less meat on the plates. The Aloha platter used to have enough meat for 2 people and leftovers now they cut in to 1/3rd of the meat they had before.

My 1st time here. I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Mix. It was really delicious. The chicken was moist, beef was good, but the kali short ribs were the best! I would definitely recommend it. The macaroni salad was also great. Which I would've gotten more of that.

Fine food good service and a nice place to eat, just what I needed. Ono Hawaii BBQ food is tasty đ and the plates are a good portion that you could have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Their service is welcoming and the place was clean so that's another good point.
