Apparently the manger said to stop handing out big containers for sauce. So if you order a family meal for takeout expect to be there for a min to fill up small container of sauce

Only giving 2 stars because of the attitude the young girl in the front gave me after I drove all the way back to the restaurant from my home because an item was missing from my order and I was left on hold twice and hung up on before I was helped but by then I was already at the restaurant. The girl who answered the phone was nice but when i informed the girl in the front I was here for my missing item I was met with a dumb look then she didn't say anything to me and turned to her Co worker then I explained for the third time why I was there before going home and enjoying my $18 luke warm plate of food !(:

I don't come here often but I got a flyer with a bunch of coupons so I decided to check it out. The food was hot and fresh. Quick service as well, the cashier was very helpful.

I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this before? While not Zippy's, what can be? My main wish is a better broccoli-to-cabbage ratio (some cabbage is good, but so much and the leftovers do not survive the day well)

I ordered on line and picked up my order. My food was made fresh, it was hot, but the server never asked if I needed any toppings, or where I could get them. Especially because this was my first visit to this location

Love the food there but the customer service is so bad And very unfriendly they act like we're bothering them being customers and can you clean the bathroom sometimes
