This is probably the 1st time that I come to a Panda and they have really nice staff. Specially Mario (I think that was his name). I have never seen someone so dedicated to his work. He went above and beyond with customer service. He really deserves a recognition at this location, because of who he is as an employee. Panda should hire more people like Mario. He was the best 😊

I been to multiple panda locations including this one I have phobia of fountain drinks and the supervisor assistant general manager said oh well and wouldn't even try and put it through because I am a rewards member and I have been doing the samething over and over again for the medium drink I got a bottle drink instead of the fountain drinks I told them to just try and put it through like I normally tell them but this manager refuses to even try and she turns around and says the bottle drink is more than fountain drink so I did get an attitude with her I told her I have a phobia of fountain drinks she still didn't care and just walked away

Ordered online through the app and never receive my order picture shows that it was delivered to a different address tried to call the location and nobody answered and the driver when I called him he did not speak English so it was never resolved I spent money and never received my food I I also stated to hand the food to me and it was never handed to me it was left outside according to the picture that was submitted don't recommend using their online app It's better to just go and pick up your order if you can What a waste of money
