This place has messed up my order many times when ordering online and now that I’ve actually spoken to staff on the phone, I now know why. They’re clearly incompetent and have no customer service skills whatsoever. After being hung up on by a different girl, I spoke to Serena on the phone who wasn’t any help at all. I called because I couldn’t find the grilled cheese sandwich on doordash. While trying to figure out a way to solve the problem she simply didn’t want to. She told me how busy it was so she didn’t have the time to help me…someone who is also a frequent paying customer. So I said fine and just asked for the price of one of the sandwiches to which she responded “I can’t check right now, we’re really busy”….then asked a customer in person if they “had a question for her” while she was still on the phone with me..WHO DOES THAT?? I wish I could put 0 stars for customer service

I usually dont like to do bad reviews but sometimes like in this case is to doesn't happen again to someone else..

I usually order online and pick up through the drive thru..

I was eating my delicious Chipotle sandwich when I bite it and taste like a weird flavor not normal and a hard piece, I dint wanted like spit it out because I was a lunch with my coworkers but as I was eating it it was getting worse.. so with all my embarrassment took the piece out of my mouth and find a piece of crayons the black crayons the they use to check the list like to make sure everything is complete.. my sandwich was delicious as always just please be more careful about it I know I wasn't on purpose but it was kind of embarrassing having to spitter out in front of people.

place had an issue with not getting the correct mac and cheese with bacon.
Came back after an hour because I live far and I let them know how long its been recpit in hand. April said I'll just put the bacon on it. I told her it was cold so she sighed and said I'll repoor it.
I called up the manager Rebecca and explained it to her and she had the rest of my order remade.

Issue is when I got home with my second order they hardly put any bacon on the mac n cheese as well as the remade samdwich came to me super oily almost intentionally made bad.
My brother works at a panera and I can tell you first hand the food is lacking.
Their only saving grace was the manager Rebecca that tried to help. Shes the only reason their a 2 star not a 1
Will not be back.

Nice spot to come out and relax while enjoying a sip of coffee with your sip club membership. Big enough dining area to find a spot and quickly charge your devices, read a book, or enjoy a meal. Staff were attentive.

Use the app to order and order was never received according to pictures that was shown it was delivered to the wrong address tried to call the store no one answered called the delivery driver and he did not speak English problem was never resolved submitted a complaint with customer service we'll see if it's resolved I will never use the app again It's a shame that you cannot receive your order after you pay good money and then you can't communicate with anybody about the order that was placed I also clearly stated that the delivery driver was to hand it to me in the picture shows that it was left outside on the side of a different address If you can't follow directions and read the language then you have no business delivering food I work hard for my money not for somebody just to do what they want with my order I don't recommend using the online app very unprofessional

I never had an issue with their food but their drinks, yes. I always get my drinks through drive-thru and their bubbler drinks are never changed unlike the ones from the front lobby. My drink from today was so bubbly from how fermented it was(it's not supposed to be bubbly). I have complained about it since 2023 and we're in 2025, clearly they don't worry about their drinks tasting like kombucha. I believe Desiree is the general manager, and I hope she sees this to fix this issue ASAP:)

By far, the best experience at any Panera. The manager quickly assisted me when I was having issues with the kiosk. Rang me up at register and fixed the issue.
All the staff I encountered was pleasant and smiling despite my late visit.

I'll return here for sure.
