Just got back home from getting an order to go. I ordered 2 of the "you pick 2" with Mac and cheese/frontera chicken sandwich and the other with street corn chowder/ tuna salad sandwich. When I opened the bag at home I noticed there was no tuna sandwich but instead 2 of the chicken frontega sandwiches. I called to try and talk to a manager and the 1st time I called it just rang. I called back again and someone picked up the phone but wouldn't talk. I kept saying hello and trying to get an answer when I hear female workers saying "oh whose phone is this? Oh it's the work phone?" And then hangs the phone up on me without even talking. I called back a 3rd time and again no response. This is abhorrent service for the price they are charging.

Every single time i come here they mess up my sandwich. My sandwichs are always missing items and when we tell the worker they remake them but they’re still wrong never coming back.

On 11/29/23, around 11:30 am, I decided to treat myself to Panera Bread located on Riverside Avenue in Rialto near the 10 freeway. I was greeted by Emily with a welcoming smile as I entered the casual restaurant . I was not familiar with the menu other than bagels and cream cheese. Emily suggested a few top selling soups, salads and sandwiches, and the pick 2. The food was fresh and served with a smile from another near by taller counter. I was amazed at the professionalism as I, observed positive interaction with the manager and one of the team members. I was soon greeted by a passing manager. The food was amazing and the restaurant was clean. I will be back soon to try the turkey chili.

Food is so overpriced I could have gotten the same breakfast sandwich at Jack in The box for way cheaper and the sandwich is always inconsistent it's never the same the bread on my sandwich was poor quality they said it was the closest thing to a baguette ? not even
