We ordered phở tái, wonton egg noodle & egg rolls. When the employee brought out the phở I could smell a very strong smell of cumin. Even after I added hoisin & Sriracha, I could still smell & taste the cumin. That is not how a phở broth should taste. The beef was your average beef slices; kind of chewy. It's definitely not filet mignon. All 3 dishes were not good. The nước mắm for the egg rolls was terrible. We could taste a shrimp after taste & it was overly sweet. I'm assuming they used mắm tôm chua or mắm tôm huế to make it. At least that's what it tasted like to me. *face palm* We asked the employee to put the dishes onto separate receipts & he did it incorrectly. The booth seat was soaking wet. We sat on the opposite side. After ordering & waiting for our food to come out, a female employee came by & asked us, "have you guys received your food yet?". Hello?? What did you think? That we ate our food in 5 mins? Overall, we will not be coming back.

I don't know if it's the owner or the manager, but it's a very unfriendly and unpleasant restaurant. The food doesn't taste entirely fresh... The bean sprouts and vegetables also looked very old. I really don't recommend it

I have been coming here since they opened. The customer service seems to get worse & worse every time. This last visit was my final straw, i was very uncomfortable i wanted to walk out but stayed to finished my food. I will not be returning. The food is amazing but the men who are always out front are so rude & I given multiple chances. I now see i am not the only one. The girl was so nice & all smiles ! To the guys , it was very unprofessional talking about other customers in-front of customers your already being completely rude with. The guy who took my order walked away multiple times while i was ordering & was being so rude . He would roll his eyes every time he seen customers walk in & It’s disrespectful. I will not be coming back

Don’t get me wrong the food is good but my family and i went a while back and one of the workers which i believe is the manager a short older looking guy, he was very rude since we’d stepped foot in the place! For absolutely no reason he made our stay very uncomfortable!!!

I came a long while ago and wasn’t able to make a review until now. I came with friends to have a sit down meal. We were excited cause we all enjoy pho. The workers (guy) first impression was bad. It was slow at the time too. We brushed it off. However, he came back with menus and instead of nicely setting it on the table, he TOSSES it as if we were wild animals. I didn’t want to give service while being treated that way. We left instantly. I know losing 3 customers isn’t a big deal, but it was so disrespectful, especially for a grown adult.

I use to go in here all the time and the service was always good and the workers were always friendly, today the service was horrible they didn’t answer phones then seemed annoyed I was in there to order because both workers were on their lunch and didn’t even let me ask for extra sauce just automatically sat back down to eat their food

Food was delicious, got a chicken sandwich and my family liked their food too. They ordered hot tea and the lady only gave 1 pot with 2 tea bags for 3 people. She didn't even come back to ask for refills. I went to go pay and waited forever. I went to go sit down and then went back to pay and the lady asked me if I was going to pay cash. I said no I'm paying with card and she seemed a little annoyed. Food was good, service was mid.

They run out of ice…I asked if I can get ice on my flat soda and addressed that other tables after me were getting ice and the waitress said “ I’m sorry there’s no ice. What would you like me to do go to the store and buy some ? I can’t get ice”. I said ok. 10 seconds later brings a bucket of ice to my table. Poor service.

I've gotten the #12 large with fresh noodles... So good his the spot every time.Also the pork sandwich is amazing. So flavorful and the bread is so soft and warm... Oh man I want another one right now that I'm thinking about it.Parking: Big shipping center with lots of available spots.
