I use the app to place this order. I ordered two ultimate hut bundles. All four pizzas had the wrong crust. The cheesy bacon breadsticks had hardly any bacon on it. I had to tip in the app ( I usually tip the Delivery Driver in cash. Not an option in the app) and charged a delivery fee before I receive my incorrect order. I spent $87.09 for this mistake. By the time I sat down to eat my food, it was cold. I was not satisfied with my order at all. A complete waste of my time and money.

Look the food was good and everything but holy s*** it takes so long to get a damn pizza. We ordered 30 minutes before going to the store to pick it up, and then another 40 waiting at this place. God bless the kind woman who helped us out though. She definitely deserves a raise. The place was clean the workers were nice, just work on the time please

Online order says ready, I still waited 10 minutes to go pick it up. They probably mark it as ready to beat the timer and then try to blame customers for going âlateâ. I got there and HAD TO WAIT LONGER!! Skinny young girl doesnât know what sheâs doing. They took way too long long, I went home and even had to reheat one side of my pizza box because one side was hot and the other just warm.

Space could use some more chairs considering weâve been waiting over an hour for an online order to pick up. Space is better than little ceasers so Iâd give them credit for at least putting out a couple chairs for customers waiting. Meanwhile the little ceasers literally has a whole dine in section on riverside with a drive thru yet they chose to store old atm machines & use the space for âmeetingsâ and give customers no access to sit in this space or anywhere in general. .

Bad sign when walking in and there lady in front already getting a refund. I hadnât even got my food, issue is when walking in a looking around nun of the employees has on gloves the lady making pizza in the back is eating while making the pizza. The dude boxing the pizza just wiped his nose and continues to box the pizza. Unsanitary un clean and nasty . I wouldnât eat here .
