They don't have much of a lobby atmosphere. In this area I'm not sure that you'd want a huge lobby, tbh. Post covid, lobbys have gotten strange anyway. However, Rally's fries when fresh beat everyone's fries hands down. It's totally unfair because they are battered and seasoned. I think only Red Robbin's fries come close. McDonald's doesn't stand a chance. However, the killer move is their shakes. If you love shakes, or drinkable icecream. Rally's shakes are like manna from heaven anytime of the day or night. And their bacon............!!! Their bacon is second to none. This and the fact that their meat patties have flavor, real tasty flavor, and chicken breast patties are fluffy, full-bodied, white beast meats, oh my!! If a tear could fall in honor of fast food well made to perfection, it would be for Rally's! Thank you.

Messed up my order but the friendly staff and manager were very friendly and helpful in correcting their mistakes so they made up for it and I can’t complain about that.

Wasn't feeling it. Started with a mixup I had to drive back for. They gave me the wrong food. Once I got my food, I did not like the double burger. Something tasted off with the patties and onions. The tomato was also too thick. I guess I'm used to getting in n out.

I came here on a whim after finishing a 2nd shift, and they were still open. It shares a parking lot with a gentleman's club; but that's not the fault of the workers, or whoever built it.It feels shady being there very late at night, so just use caution for after midnight hunger. That being said, the food is actually really good! And the fries are amazing! The staff for having to work really late hours is super friendly, and because it's late the food will be made really fresh and be very hot. The price is way better than household fast food names, and the food quality seems so much better. They have chili cheese hotdogs (not on the menu board) also have strawberry vanilla ice cream and it's really good. I would definitely recommend coming here. Just be aware of the location placement in Rialto. I'm sure during regular daytime hours it's a different experience, as more people are out during the day. I've been back 3 times already.
The food here is absolutely terrible! I've seen plenty of friends and family have stomach issues or even go to the hospital after eating food from any of the Rallys in Rialto. Get your food and acid reflux to go! The employees are very friendly and try to keep it cool when getting food there but complain about the cleanliness standards themselves and the absolutely terrible food quality! I highly recommend you avoid these fast food stops!

Dont order from here I ordered a baconzilla and before I could even finish it I was throwing it up hygiene is probably not a concern here since my bag came with a weird brown smudge but ignored it since the inside looked ok but I was wrong shiet made me sick af

The food was not good at all. I ordered a burger with fries and it came out cold. As soon as I paid and went to sit down I noticed all the tables were dirty. I had to wipe the table clean. It was pretty dirty in there considering I was the only customer.
