So I had got off work late yesterday, August Which would be the 18th today. Around 1-2 a.m. I go through the drive thru with my son and a young gentleman approached our car from the establishment. At first we were skeptical but He stated that they were "shortstaffed", that they were going on their 15 minutes break. He continued withif you want to wait were not going to be that long. I proceeded to go around because I was upset and wanted to know the gentleman name, as I approached I seen another gentleman probably the cook or manager holding the door telling the gentleman just to take the order. I asked for both of their names and they both refused. They refused to do their job especially the younger gentleman after I served THOUSANDS of people at the angels stadium and he couldn't take me and my son's order the.one order that he had to take and refused, why is he even working? Why does he even have ajob. RAllys burger management if you want to replace that guy please I'm looking for a night job I'd do his job and the cooks without complaining or taking a break leaving paying customer to turn around WHAT AJOKE. WHY WOULD YOU WANT THAT GENTLEMAN TO REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY? ????? You guys seriously need to fire that guy. I will be calling Corporate. I want that guy name and I want him to be reprimanded. take his hours away just like I do at the Angels Stadium for all the concession workers that don’t wanna work SEND HOME EARLY. Take his hours please. You guys will be getting a call from me today thankfully EL GAVILAN was open whoooo.... what’s crazy is because this is not the first time what is it about rallys employees that don’t like to work! I don't get it I pretty much do the same thing but in amuch larger scale, is making a burger and fries that Difficult? guys you seriously owe me and my son a dinner on Rallys for such a despicable event that took place yesterday. all we wanted was our burger meal to make us happy. So sad I have to do this in order to get employees to do their job.
