Terrible service ??
They need to be accurate and specific about there prices. I don’t mind paying for a small cup of ice-cream but then the employee only put one scoop on the cup and half cup empty when i thought i was paying for that size cup and now she says the prices dont go by sizes but go by portions of ice cream which to me personally if i asked you and lied then try to sale me pretty much scrap then yeah thats where i mind it when i pay and waste money on false advertising. But other then that the employee was all alone doing her job and very kind but management needs to clear that up.
Got a chatamarindo, fresas con crema, strawberry drink it was not the best. Seems like I could of made it at home. A bit disappointing ?

Buy some tostilocos. And no scrum they added peanuts And the shaved ice. It tastes very bad. I do not recommend this place. Because. If they don't have the things. They should not charge as if they had it. Please do not go shopping there... call to complain. And no one answered. Bad service and bad customer service

Ordered a vanilla raspado and chamango. Disappointed in the vanilla raspado there is a difference between vanilla flavor and vanilla bean flavor. Not traditional at all. The chamango was much better. Don't get the vanilla flavor and you should be okay. Service wasn't rude but they definitely weren't happy we were in there.
