The server seemed overwhelmed and didn’t write down our order, which led to a few mistakes. It was also very loud inside, so some items were brought out incorrectly. They also automatically added a 15% tip to the bill, which would’ve been fine if the service was better. Other than that, the food was great. I hope the service improves with better organization.

The service is slow the place is too hot and the sounds is loud and the the. 2yrs old and 3yrs old baby paid as an adult.not recommended that place.its not too easy to earn that money to pay for baby as an adult

I'm very happy with my choice to eat at Red Castle Korean BBQ for a date night with my wife. The service we received and atmosphere was extremely excellent. Yes they do add a 15% tip automatically to your bill. The food was also good. Thank you. Happy wife happy life.
