This is my 2nd time dining here. It’s okay, but I think the “deals” are a bit misleading. You receive a free soju when you buy one or get an upgrade on the menu, but they have a mandatory $12 dollar service charge for only 2 people. Ended up paying $105.00 for my menu C meats and a round of sojus. The service isn’t the greatest, both times we came here we were being rushed out despite getting here at 9:00pm. We drove out from riverside, but I’d stick to your local Korean bbq since it’s the same thing, not worth the drive.

It is incredible that because a single person can't eat if she was going to pay whatever it was but she left work and didn't eat anything to enjoy herself and after 30 minutes she waited and they told her no that's not nice sorry but I don't think it's right. .they may criticize but if a single person consumes 100 or more there should be no problem

So far the best Korean BBQ around Redland, Highland, Loma Linda, Colton, Riverside, Grand Terrace, Fontana, Rancho, Rialto areas. As a food lover I havr visited many states & countries. I look & search for authentic taste and this place offers the best & closest taste to real Korean flavorful BBQ dishes. They do provide a variety of meat cuts of pork & beef and few sea-foods but sadly only one flavor for chicken. Still to me they are currently number One & the best!Their service also deserves a 5 star rating. The employees/ servers are polite & professional. They help out customers with zero or minimum experience about the flavors & help them to understand the menus. Also, their service to bring orders is faster. Every time we went there were no long waiting for the orders to come in between our stays. They are also very good to keep the place clean & frequent to change the grills.Clean restrooms & dining area. Nice smoke suction keeps the area nice & smoke free. Have plenty of parking spots with disabled parking spots & wheel chair accessible entrance.The best part is, they are not that costly compared to the awesome flavorful & good quality meat they provide.I highly recommend visiting & experiencing their BBQ.?????
My family and I were on the waiting list(waiting the hour), when a group of 4 came in and was automatically sat before my family and others that were waiting longer than my family. When I questioned the waitress, she stumbled over her words coming up with excuses for what she did. My family and I left because of this.

For only $19.99 per person from Menu A, I didn't expect much from this place. But, it blew my expectations! Absolutely delicious beef bulgogi and generous portions of beef brisket. The chicken was a bit too stringy, but still delicious. Yes, there's a 15% service charge, but that means you don't have to tip if you don't want to. We usually tip 18-25% when eating out so if you don't like tipping that much, then this place is great. Otherwise, leave a few dollars and support this place!

The food was good and staff was great. At first i didn’t know what to expect but the hostess Diana helped with the menus and explaining how kbbq worked. She was very kind and patient as she helped with my friends and I. I will definitely come back here again.
Food wasn't bad but service was trash! We felt a little discriminated because we were being served by an asian lady and she never checked up on our table, nothing to offer. Asked for a water refill, chilli on the side, and orders of food and got none of it. Felt a little racist, i tip everytime I go out to to eat, I have good dining manners but i mean what do i have to do to get a little bit of service to enjoy my dining experience. Especially after spending $100 in an alright ambiance. It was disappointing, my first KBBQ experience and it was trash, that is exactly why i go to hot pot everytime instead.

When I spoke to management about it they literally acted like they didn't speak English.
