I went to this place with some friends after being told it was a good spot. I’m glad I listened because the food and service was fantastic. We ordered the Medium PCM and it was amazing. I also wanna mention the manager Jose and cashier Ixel. Jose checked in on us and made sure were always doing good. Ixel was very friendly and interacting with them was a pleasant experience. The establishment was also neat and tidy. You could tell it was well taken care of.

Pizza was consistently coming out and was delicious. Lots of toppings and variety. Salad bar was stocked and filled rapidly. Very clean establishment. Employees were very friendly. A+++

Went with some friends and had pizza, mojo potatoes, and a fun time playing the games. Our cashier Bre was very nice when placing our order for the 9 of us, Anthony for also being nice and patient with each of us when getting our prizes in the game room, and Humberto was very funny and made some of us laugh with his personality. The managers Jose and John were also very kind during our time there. Will come again in the future. 😁

Don't recommend for parties/fundraisers. Will tell you it's ok to cancel but fail to mention the hoops and obstacles you have to go through to get your money back. *canceled my event 1 week early and "assistant manager" jennifer Gutierrez was rude, condescending and unprofessional.
It's sad when the management staff is all under 23 years old & fail to act professional and known how to communicate in a conversation.

We've been here twice now with the family. We all enjoyed the buffet with different pizzas, mojos, garlic bread, fried chicken, salads, mashed potatoes, gravy, mac and cheese and rice. The whole family looks forward to Shakeys.
