JUST BECAUSE ITS FREE!! My daughter got a free pizza coupon from her school that's why i brought her here for it. Checked in 11:44am and had to ask 3 times for her food being ready or not (only 1 individual pizza kid size). Waiting for an hour for it. They need to work on ordering or something. This is my second time with this problem.

I went out to dinner with my family, and the service was amazing. The lady at the front, I believe her name was Andrea, was super attentive and kept checking in to make sure everything was okay and that we didn’t need anything. Overall, the service was 10/10, and I would definitely come back.

Got a pizza with mojos for me and my kids. The game room was underwhelming with not many games like chunky cheese. Alberto served our food with care and a smile, he helped us a lot especially in game room since no was was stationed here. Only problem is that our table was dirty.

Walked in to no line, yet our food took almost 40 minutes to come out. We ordered the medium pcm. It appeared they catered to parties over us for sure, and the party hadn’t even walked in yet until 20 minutes after my family of 4. I could get over the wait time had me ordering a beer not taken almost 40 minutes to get as well. I seen another patron who had just walked in get served their alcohol within minutes of sitting down. The quality of their food is not as great as other Shakey’s we have visited. Disappointing service and management to resolve the issue. Will not be back to this location.
The worker kept giving me ugly side eye and ugly faces since she had told us to move to a different table and we told her not to throw our cups away and she did anyways and the price for a pizza order of fries and fried chicken and a 3 kid drinks and 3 adult drink for over 100 hundred dollars.
