There has never been a time I've come to this sonic and it's been a quick transaction. Last night was the longest wait, I used the drive thru thinking it'd be the fastest. It was not.

Came here two times today. Once after class to try the sugar cookie drink and once for dinner. Both times were very negative experiences. The first time the girl was very unfriendly and closed the window in my face the second she realize I had Apple Pay. The only Apple Pay on me was my fault but the abruptness and rudeness of even acting like I inconvenienced her by ordering at the fast food place she worked at was just plain rude. Later I still wanted to try the sugar cookie drink since I did not get it earlier. I will say I LOVE the drink! HOWEVER the two girls took over 30 MINUTES while we were at the window to give us food and never even told us why we were waiting so long and would bring food out the people behind us. The communication here and the customer service is atrocious. I really hope this was an off day. Regardless, please speak to your drive thru workers and make sure they have good customer service skills before putting them on window. I hope my next experience here is better but so far both times were very disappointing.

Don't ever order ahead with the app at this location! You will wait forever. They'll tell you on the screen so and so is coming with your order but you still end up waiting another 5-10 minutes.And then if you press the button to ask about your order, they'll say oh we're working on it right now or it's coming right out.
For example, we placed an order for 4:50 pick up for a drink and two slushes.. we pull into a booth at 4:35, do the whole check in. At 4:50, still nothing. The drive through was empty and there were no other cars... So wtf takes so long?! And then the drinks are always messed up anyways. . smh

This sonic is a joke! They take forever to do drive thru they are taking our debit cards and going into the parking lot order system to charge them when I asked why aren’t you charging me at the window she said because she took to long with other people. Nonetheless, she came back 3 times with 2 different cards saying they were declined and I told her it must be your system because I know my cards are well working. She asked me for cash but let’s be real it’s 2024 who even carries cash anymore… just a joke of employees

Food is good, service is not good at all. It seems everytime I go here, the wait to order and the wait for the food takes way too long for FAST food. Yesterday I waited 22 minutes for a burger with no apologies or explanation.

The service here sucks!! Waited longer than 30 mins for 2 shakes, and some fries. The employees were outside taking alcoholic shots with the car next to me. I pulled up and spoke with Laura who told me my order would be out soon, I waited about 30 mins and nothing I pushed the order button again and was told my order would be out shortly, when the employee finally walked my order out she stated there was no information for my order, I told her the person I spoke to took my stall number and told me it would be out soon. Be prepared for longer than normal wait time at this location!

We will never be back to this Sonic. The customer service was so far beyond bad. I couldn't even get a manager to talk to me. We were the first ones in line to pick up our order that was already placed through the app. The two people behind us got their food, but we still hadn't gotten ours, so I asked. They told us 10 more minutes. We ended up having to cancel the order. Upon leaving, we saw cars steadily going through the drive thru. So, they literally chose to put us on a back burner. Utterly unbelievable!

This is the slowest sonic I’ve ever been to. No one is line and told to wait. Never see a lot business here and it’s a wonder why— speed it up. I’m not gonna wait 5+ minutes in a line and then pull into the stall to be told to wait again. This is how you lose business.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience during my recent visit to one of your locations, which I found quite frustrating.

I waited in the drive-thru line for approximately 5-8 minutes, only to be informed by an employee that her headset must have been disconnected. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered issues at this Sonic location. It seems there is often a lack of timely assistance, which affects the overall customer experience.

I believe that with better management or additional staff, the team could provide quicker and more efficient service, ultimately improving customer satisfaction.
