This place is a joke we literally came in for 2 limeades and had to wait 10 minutes to order and 25 minutes to get 2 damn drinks.... never again I'll make sure not to come to this location at all wish I could review negative stars....

I stopped in here to get my son a slushy at like 11 AM and there was literally no one here. I wonder if this place is busier in the evening the inside was empty, but the staff was super friendly and we got our drink really quickly. The bathrooms were clean, but the floor was a little sticky.

Smash burger was great with tater tots.

I was genuinely impressed with the quality of Smashburger at this location. After seeing the burger advertised on a streaming platform, I decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint! The burger was flavorful, cooked perfectly, and surprisingly affordable for the quality. I also really enjoyed the fries, which were a great complement to the meal. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu.

There has never been a time I've come to this sonic and it's been a quick transaction. Last night was the longest wait, I used the drive thru thinking it'd be the fastest. It was not.

Came here two times today. Once after class to try the sugar cookie drink and once for dinner. Both times were very negative experiences. The first time the girl was very unfriendly and closed the window in my face the second she realize I had Apple Pay. The only Apple Pay on me was my fault but the abruptness and rudeness of even acting like I inconvenienced her by ordering at the fast food place she worked at was just plain rude. Later I still wanted to try the sugar cookie drink since I did not get it earlier. I will say I LOVE the drink! HOWEVER the two girls took over 30 MINUTES while we were at the window to give us food and never even told us why we were waiting so long and would bring food out the people behind us. The communication here and the customer service is atrocious. I really hope this was an off day. Regardless, please speak to your drive thru workers and make sure they have good customer service skills before putting them on window. I hope my next experience here is better but so far both times were very disappointing.

Don't ever order ahead with the app at this location! You will wait forever. They'll tell you on the screen so and so is coming with your order but you still end up waiting another 5-10 minutes.And then if you press the button to ask about your order, they'll say oh we're working on it right now or it's coming right out.
For example, we placed an order for 4:50 pick up for a drink and two slushes.. we pull into a booth at 4:35, do the whole check in. At 4:50, still nothing. The drive through was empty and there were no other cars... So wtf takes so long?! And then the drinks are always messed up anyways. . smh

This sonic is a joke! They take forever to do drive thru they are taking our debit cards and going into the parking lot order system to charge them when I asked why aren’t you charging me at the window she said because she took to long with other people. Nonetheless, she came back 3 times with 2 different cards saying they were declined and I told her it must be your system because I know my cards are well working. She asked me for cash but let’s be real it’s 2024 who even carries cash anymore… just a joke of employees
