I've only order delivery from this place and it has always been a good experience. My food is always well package and HOT when I get them. Can't speak on the in-person experience but the delivery version works well for me.

Customer service was extremely bad. I had to repeat my order to her many times because she looked distracted. My fries came with something strange green chunk. It’s absolutely disgusting. My bf asked for two small hotdogs and she gave us to big hotdogs. Place was dirty inside, crumbs on table seats as well.

Service was horrible, the man who handed me my order rolled his eyes when I asked him about extra utensils. I get it no one likes working but you could at least not roll your eyes at me. The food was alright, I’m sure there’s better out there and for cheaper. I wouldn’t recommend this place, you’re better off at Jack in a box

My food took almost 30 minutes to come. They were very confusing telling my friend with his separate order to go inside and someone comes out with his food looking for him. I told them if i could get a refund and they did and gave me the food but i still really wouldnt come.
Food was great. But my ordering was difficult, the milkshake was not properly mix or enough toppings, and my coney dog was put into a bag standing up. All of the chili went everywhere.3/31/24 - coney dog was dry, food took 20 min, and my drink order was very wrong. Not sure what is happening with Sonic but this is the 4th bad experience I have had this year. Don't think I will come back to the San Bernardino County locations.

The hot fudge sundae in the picture looks nothing like the hot fudge sundae I received. There barely was any on the bottom of the cup and that's it. I'll never order that again. A waste of money and time waiting in the drive thru.
