i just want to shout out Danielle! i went through the drivethru and she asked me how my day was and i said i just got out the gym and she asked if i would like some water! Danielle is always pleasant no matter the time of day i come in, she deserves a little raise! she is so very thoughtful

The screen at this location was off. I waited for five minutes and no one said anything I drove up to window and saw that it was full of employees just standing around chatting a young girl with blonde hair and blue eyes open the window and just stared at me. I asked her if the intercom was working and she said “yeah it is”is then just stared at me as if I was an inconvenience to her. She didn’t ask how she can help me or how she can take my order nor does she address a reason as to why I wasn’t serviced or greeted at the intercom. Terrible attitude, terrible management terrible service.

The answer is no. . Just not to long ago I ordered lavender oat matcha . . The drink tasted off. . It seems they did regular milk rather than what shows in the order Oatmilk part.

As of late Starbucks staff has really been silly and not so much perky. Which i like the mix of the two. It makes them feel more human and not scripted. They almost always get my drink right and I appreciate that.
Came here today to try to work while my husband was having a colonoscopy in the same shopping center. I placed an order and none of the people were at all friendly or welcoming. I immediately knew I could not work there as the music was blasting and it was so cold it felt like a meat locker. I walked over to Del Taco and was welcomed by amazing employees in a quiet, warm and work friendly environment.

They straight up, looked at my face all of them and didn’t say a single word. I had a question not a single word no good morning how are you? Welcome ...blank face. No customer service at any level whatsoever.

I came on Friday and ordered 2 drinks. One of the drinks what’s a venti ice white mocha with some mods like vanilla cold foam. The drink tasted horrible. Tasted like milk. I called the store 3x and nobody answered the phone. Today I went again. I got a venti caramel frappe. the caramel frappe came out and it was white so I just knew it was gonna taste weird but then I thought hmmm maybe it’s because I added white chocolate that it looks white….. I drive off and finally drink it and BOOOOM TASTE JUST LIKE MILK. Cannot taste any white chocolate or anything. I called the store 5x and no answer. So I spent a total of $20 on shitty drinks. Money wasted.
